Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and shower. Note: you can park on the street behind the hotel for free, just make sure to register with the city online.

This Hyatt Place property is a great location. Within walking distance to downtown if walking is okay for you to do.
-
Great stay. Clean, found easy and close street parking, easy access to restaurants while visiting my son.

Super clean and a great location

The room was as expected. A USB charger outlet would have been nice. The product in the communal pumping station was nothing special. Very little staff interaction was needed. Breakfast was good. $42 parking and weekend room rates seemed high. I would stay again - after checking rates.

We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned.

Need bottle water on the room and better breakfast

The service received from the time I walked through the door was excellent. The view, but that wasn’t too bad.

Staff is super friendly and very attentive. Rooms were great and perfect location for Bucks game or visiting Milwaukee. Room was large and well maintained. Only complaint was the continental breakfast was team was short staffed and silverware and food were slow to come out from the kitchen area. Hotel was busy they were just short staffed in the kitchen area.
-
Conveniently located near downtown and right on brewing district. We got there super early for a small fee we were able to access our room. I just wished breakfast would be offered past 10 for the late risers. Super happy with our stay

The hotel also felt overpriced for the overall experience — nearly $200 total on a Tuesday night. Honestly, I’ve had much better experiences at Home2Suites for less money. Parking alone was an additional $47 unless you parked on the street, which felt excessive considering the lack of accommodations or guest perks. I was hoping at least the bar or kitchen would make things more convenient, but they barely had any food available — no chicken and very limited ready-to-order options — so we ended up having to leave the hotel just to find something to eat. To make matters worse, I was assigned a handicap accessible room (503) without being asked if that was needed or preferred. On top of that, the DIRECTV system continuously scrolled and malfunctioned, making it impossible to properly watch channels during my stay. Overall, the customer service, room condition, food availability, and extra costs did not meet expectations, especially for a hotel associated with Hilton standards.

Loved the room! The room had a sitting area with a sectional that was a sofa bed. The staff was excellent and shared with my wife and I gems to visit in the city. Customer service at its BEST! My Complimentary breakfast was decent enough to hold you over until lunch. I will recommend Hyatt Place to family and friends and we will make it our future hotel preference.
