Friendly staff a good breakfast and evening was clean
-
Great location. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
-
The hotel needs an upgrade. It’s run down. All cars need to be valet which is inconvenient and expensive.
-
Well laid out rooms. Clean space. Convenient to everything downtown and to free bar shuttles to AmFam Field.
-
The air flow in the room was incredible, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was as good as I have ever seen. The staff was professional. The valet system was a nightmare. The staff members were super in trying to help but the tech system was absolutely horrific.

First, the location of this hotel is good and walkable to some of the sites in Milwaukee. The facility is clean. Parking is poor. The hotel does not have it's own lot and the valet service was one young man who was very behind and had cars sticking out into the road. The room was clean, but set up very odd, with the coffee, cups, and fridge by/under the bathroom sink, the bathroom door is an ill fitting slider, and the shower has a glass insert which shines through to the side of bed on the other side. If you use the BR at night, the light shines through to the other person in bed. Strange.

The room was facing the river and the traffic over the bridge made it sound like you were next to a race track. It was so loud sleep was impossible. I was charged twice for my room and it’s still unresolved. Have called and emailed multiple times.

Very small breakfast sandwich not good value for money. Ate out following mornings.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice view, valet service.

Staff kept complaining they were over worked and had to work extended shifts. The valet service took forever, and it’s $52/night. I kept getting charged to my security deposit card instead of the card I booked with and was told it was a system issue with Expedia (who is a “third party”). Eventually everything got resolved, but it was annoying having to constantly go back to correct the situation. Hours after checking out, about to board my flight, I got alerted that the charged posted on my security deposit card again and had to call it in.

Room was very clean and a nicely laid out. Plenty of space and everything I needed in terms of towels and storage.
-
Room was dusty and smelled. Bedsheets stained & bath towels didn’t smell clean. Toilet lever was broken, nearly hanging off. Would not stay again.

3 star review. The location is good, lobby area was excellent however ther seems a shortage of staff and house keeping. Our room was not ready and waited until 5:30pm. The blinds on one of the windows fell off resulting to a bright room at early morning like 6am when we still wanted to sleep in. The Manager was kind enough to give us free breakfast to compensate inconveniences.
-
Great staff and excellent location to walk to many local restaurants and bars.
-
The location was amazing so close to the fiserv forum where we saw a concert. The parking was valet and very convenient, the staff was able to retrieve our car very quickly. There wasn't really much I didn't like. Just that the food in the lobby didn't have prices on it.

Unfortunately the room while hotel was not well kept. The rugs the second you walk into the lobby were so disgusting. I was instantly nervous at that point. They pump so much aroma into it I had a headache. Our room also was heavily fragrant to cover up an odor. Lastly, we valet parked and waited for 30 mins for our vehicle. I then asked where it was and they said it is right there. They had our car keys mixed up with somebody else’s and pulled up the wrong vehicle. Needless to say, I will never be returning.

Construction nearby so a bit noisy in the daytime. Ice only available in the lobby. Overall great experience and location.
-

-
Great spot nice location pet friendly with no fee and walkable to all sorts of bars and restaurants not to mention the strip club
