Room was well cleaned, self control air conditioning, bathroom with small wall in shower, detachable hand held shower wand, staff professional, courteous, breakfast items available for purchase, well cleaned fitness center, pool area, outside court yard. Wonderful relaxed stay, I’m planning my next visit

Overall great stay location perfect

The major benefit of the property was its location to all of the major points of interest and the close proximity to the fiserv. The things I did not care for were the noise level inside the room during the night time, the hidden fees and few other minor details. Overall I would recommend staying at a more reasonably priced place and paying extra for a ride downtown. Staff was helpful however.

The actual hotel and location was great. Although we were there for a concert on a Wednesday. When we went to check in at 5:15, our room wasn’t ready. We waited with several other groups for over an hour for our room. The staff tried to make up for it by offering snacks, etc. It was appreciated, but having the room on time would have been better. I also had to valet my car which took an hour to get it after I notified them I was ready. Overall, it just seemed like they needed more staff to make the whole stay more seamless.

Ryan was amazing and help me book a room for two nights. I was so lost trying to book it and find availability, that he took over and he did it for me. He was super professional and kind. Very respectful. Def deserves a raise!!!!

I had a great experience at this property and recommend it. It was clean, staff was great, and it was conveniently located. Only pushback is the price of snacks. Five dollar for chips is way too much. The pool looked a little foggy, so I didn’t swim. I didn’t park here, so I can’t speak to it. I had a five view, which was very scenic. The complimentary coffee was very good. Clean modern room.

Needed to book this hotel extremely last minute. The staff was very helpful and nice. We ended up getting a room with a view of the river which was awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Property was conveniently located. Hotel had breakfast items for purchase that were good. Bar in the lobby. Simple, yet clean hotel with friendly staff.

Great location. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
-
The hotel needs an upgrade. It’s run down. All cars need to be valet which is inconvenient and expensive.
-
Well laid out rooms. Clean space. Convenient to everything downtown and to free bar shuttles to AmFam Field.
-
The room was facing the river and the traffic over the bridge made it sound like you were next to a race track. It was so loud sleep was impossible. I was charged twice for my room and it’s still unresolved. Have called and emailed multiple times.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice view, valet service.
-
Staff kept complaining they were over worked and had to work extended shifts. The valet service took forever, and it’s $52/night. I kept getting charged to my security deposit card instead of the card I booked with and was told it was a system issue with Expedia (who is a “third party”). Eventually everything got resolved, but it was annoying having to constantly go back to correct the situation. Hours after checking out, about to board my flight, I got alerted that the charged posted on my security deposit card again and had to call it in.

Room was very clean and a nicely laid out. Plenty of space and everything I needed in terms of towels and storage.
