One thing I really appreciated was having two completely different restaurant options on site. They weren’t just variations of the same menu. One offered a more upscale dining experience, while the other had a relaxed sports bar atmosphere, so there was something for whatever mood I was in. The location was also excellent and made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was great about this hotel. The only downside was it was further away from any activity almost like a ghost town but that’s ok we still enjoyed it.
-
The room was well appointed with adult beverage options. Craft Bar/Grill was terrific and a special shout out to Chris and Monica.

We aren't stupid (at least between us we can usually fix, figure out and use stuff) but... what does a guy have to do to work the thermostat? It was locked in at 67 so we just went with it, but when I woke up freezing, all I could do was turn it off 🤔. Had to google the brand new beautiful European like coffee maker directions to assure ourselves we hadn't broken it. 1st cup crashed and burned, got only water... then finally a delish espresso. Kind of like work, The whole experience was awesome though, the hip lounge on the 2nd floor... cmon!! We did not want to leave

This hotel is quite expensive, but the service was surprisingly stingy. We asked for just one extra bottle of water, and the staff refused. For the price we paid, such a small courtesy should not have been an issue. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and denying something as simple as an extra bottle of water left a very poor impression. I expected much better service from a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again.

Nice room, food at both restaurants was amazing.

The politness of the people There is electrical auto shutoff, although I was using the room for long duration l, I had an hourly shutdowns. I needed to move inside the room to deactivate the sensor.

Great staff! My go to hotel always. Food and drinks never disappoint!

The staff and service were phenomenal. My accommodations were top tier. Valet staff—dope! Dinner at I’ll Cervo was good for me but the two person booth was too tight for my husband. Our actual dinner…6/10. I got the braised short rib pasta (a bit bland) and my husband got the pork chop (get the sauce on the side because it overtakes the natural flavor). Our view on our patio was a construction site so…not the best. That said…I’d go back in a heartbeat. The service alone had me in a chokehold. I felt like royalty.

The location, rather I’m was nice and property was nice Room service menu doesn’t have drinks to order online . Valet is expensive, no microwaves available on the property

One bedside table had electrical outlets While the other side was just a big block or decorative table, no plugs! Had to reach way past the block table to turn out the lights or turn the off before getting in bed. Not user friendly. There was a floor lamp in corner of room at the window but it was also very dim! Kind of useless. No microwave. Only an espresso machine, not a regular coffee pot or Keurig type. Disappointing. Had to get a cup of coffee from the bar on first floor. Our toilet bowl wouldn’t refill with water sometimes therefore wouldn’t flush so my husband had to lift lid of tank to refill it. He is a handyman around the house but he should not have had to work on the toilet a few times the first day. Shower took a long time to get warm.
