Everything, Front Desk Staff and Breakfast server were phenomenal Location a 10 minute Uber/Lyft to downtown

Beautiful property our first day was very nice and very clean. Our room had visible food that hadn’t been washed off the bar top. The soap dispensers in the shower were empty the beer that you receive at the door we supposed to receive the keg was empty. The bar never came to fill it even after requests were made. The manager texted us asking us how our stay was informed him of the shortcomings and all I got back was crickets not even an apology.

Love the areas buildings, and the incorporating old and new. Was more than I imagined. Great time, food on property great, several local great places also. Definitely worth another stay in the future.

Staff was very friendly. Room was great! Very clean, comfortable and quiet.

The room was spacious, it was a suite, had a little kitchen with a sink, a burner, and a fridge/freezer. I loved that it was a brewery at one time and some of the equipment was still there

Loved the architecture and the theme of the building! We realized why it wasn't our 1st choice when we visited Milwaukee previously. It was because there was not a pool or hot tub! Donisha was helpful at the Front Desk answered our questions and got us checked in! Parking was a bust. The machine wasn't working that gave parking receipt.

We waited in the lobby, only to later be told it would actually be quite a while. The gentleman offered us a $40 brewery coupon, which was a nice gesture, although we had already eaten there. We also witnessed another couple experiencing the same issue. We decided to have a few drinks and ultimately didn’t get into our room until 6:00 PM — two hours after our scheduled check-in. Unfortunately, our brewery tab was under $40, and the bartender wouldn’t accept the coupon because there was apparently a minimum purchase required. This was frustrating, especially since the coupon was offered as compensation for the delay. The valet experience was also disappointing. The attendant was shoving Fritos into his mouth while assisting us, and his choice of language and overall professionalism were inappropriate. The delayed check-in also caused us to be late to an event we had planned to attend. We understand that delays can happen, but this was all unacceptable.

Wow! What a great place to stay while in Milwaukee. Great rooms very nice bar and restaurant. Lots of history for beer enthusiast.

Everything was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Room was not extremely clean. Dust very visible near the baseboards. No hand soap/gel available at the bathroom sink. Long wait at check in. Under staffed. Valet guy was very helpful. Explained parking options including street parking. Bar and food were good. A neat facility . Breakfast at our room delivered like door dash. Plastic bag and cartons. Good but pricey.

Unique Hotel with a interesting past history. Attached restaurant with food, drinks and live band. Walking distance to attractions/tours.

Great hotel. A bit off the core strip but the facility itself was nice and has interesting history/structure given it’s a former brewery. Rooms are nicely appointed. Definitely recommend

Great location, excellent valet. Easy check in, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous, historic, unique

Very enjoyable stay at this historic hotel. Great location-close and walkable to Fiserv Forum and Bucks' Deer District with all of its amenities. Hotel was very clean, well maintained.

Location was great. Room was clean. Building is very cool. Unaware there was another $45 valet parking fee. Restaurant was closed early so could not enjoy a drink after dinner.
