Large room and bathroom. Clean room

This was a lovely hotel to stay. It’s got an Antique vibe going all around from the lobby to even the room we stayed in. Very clean and well kept hotel 10/10 would stay again
-
Quiet, great food, atmosphere- art deco exquisite!
-
Nice retro style hotel. Would stay again
-
We stayed during a peak period and the cost was very overpriced. Nice place but not worth the $400 a night. Unfortunately, this happens during peak but it would have nice if they through in free parking or breakfast for the cost differential. Other than that, I liked the property and the staff was excellent.
-
As usual, the hotel, its staff and amenities were excellent! Our favorite stay when in Milwaukee.
-
The room was very clean and spacious. Staff on every shift were incredibly pleasant and happy to help in any way.
-
This was a fun hotel to stay at because of its historic status. The room was spacious and immaculate. Parking is on-site, covered, and behind a security gate. Staff was welcoming and informative.
-
Loved the Art Deco Designs, staff very friendly and accommodating! Quiet and clean.
-
Very convenient to where I needed to be (Marquette). Convenient parking lot/garage. Friendly, helpful staff. Gin Ricky lounge. Historical aspect. Nothing.
-
Spacious rooms, clean and the nicest front staff. Restaurant/bar and coffee bar on site Only complaint was the blow dryer - it was disgustingly filthy
-
I like that there was a mini-fridge and an exercise room. On the other hand, my room was deficient. Neither phone worked and 2 of the 3 bureau drawers were off their tracks. I brought his up to the front desk but they did nothing about it.
-
Room was good size. The stool is quite low and the side of tub is quite tall so consider that you have mobility issues.
-
Absolutely loved the shuttle service!!!
-
Good condition, clean, easy to get to. No parking unless you pay more. Efficient
-
We had a lovely stay. From the moment we checked in the staff was attentive and eager to ensure that our stay was comfortable.
-
Could use more staff at check in, we all seemed to come at the same time. She was very helpful and apologetic.
-
This art deco hotel is charming and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. We stayed three nights. Big pluses were the complementary shuttle service and the happy hour at the restaurant at the hotel.
-
The staff were amazing - parking is a locked parking area.

Very old, thin sheets, stained pillows (pillow cover turned inside out to hide dirt). To sum it up, this hotel does not clean rooms, because since covid it cannot hire enough staff (wasn't covid 4 years ago?). After three days of talking to front desk we Finally got to speak to the manager, he was defensive, many excuses, apparently doesn't like talking to women, gave phone to my husband, manager apologized and stated room would be cleaned for our last (of 5) nights there. The downstairs is lovely, stepping into the 30's although we're not that old. The neighborhood is not safe, the hotel has security at each door to outside at night, if you go out you can't get back in. A murder happened one block away on one of our nights in the hotel. Fortunately our son-in-law had made us promise not to walk outside. Lovely little cafe serves a full breakfast, and in the evenings the pizza or flatbread is fantastic. Most of the front office staff were less than interested in our obtaining a clean room. The lady on the last day was lovely. Manager changed our room on the last night, it was clean and comfortable.
