Passable

Comfortable room. Nice personal items My room key did not open the door to my room. I was unable to access WIFI using my last name and room number. When I call the hotel, the call Ws answered by AI, a digital assistant. When I asked to speak to front desk, the call was dropped repeatedly. It was necessary to go down to the front desk twice to connect to WIFI. I found the signs for parking outside the building confusing, ninety minutes or thirty minutes.

Location and price were great. Prices at the bar/ restaurant were great. All employees i encountered were friendly and helpful. Noting really. Some riff raff out side the property was annoying but it did not hinder our stay.

Didn’t like that the power went out

The front desk staff and the shuttle driver were all so nice and welcoming. It's hard to get good customer service lately so this was a pleasant experience! I originally thought it was downtown which is where I normally stay during my visit but it wasn't too far so it was ok.

Property is old historic building , although they try to restore the place , room and everything , it still smells old , carpeting on my room is shabby and very old and rundown . My main complaint is no hairdryer in the room, all 3 rooms that we booked has no hairdryer. That’s a basic necessity !

We've stayed here multiple times over the past several years. Just love the Art Deco! Staff at front desk to check in are always pleasant & quick to accommodate. I reserved King accessible suite was was given standard King. Not a huge deal. After getting to the room to discover this, could have went back to request what I reserved, but we were just too tired. Also requested lowest floor possible but ended up on 7th floor. Rooms in better than fair condition and super comfy bed. Always appreciate the shuttle they offer - it was raining this weekend, it was nice not to drive to attractions.

Hotel had a power outage in the middle in the night. Why does the hotel have a generator. Will never stay there again.

The ambiance was nice Friendly people at desk We had no electricity at 2:30 am and room got hot quick. When we waked out of the room to hallway it was super dark and no emergency lighting. We did walk down with our phone lights and front desk couldn’t give us much information- they said 11:39 am it should be back on. We came back at 11:30 and they told us they are shutting down the hotel They had no accommodations for us - no affiliate with another hotel to accommodate the guests . We had to scramble to find Somewhere to go and stay the night . The general manager was nowhere to be seen. It was kind of chaotic and the poor staff didn’t know what to tell us.
