Decent

Not good for us since there is security to enter through here and my wife has health issues so she is in a wheelchair and couldn’t help carry anything. When we pulled in to check-in they would not allow us to leave the car without at least one person staying behind in the car (I now realize this was probably to get us to use their valet parking). It was only me and my wife and I had to push her in the wheelchair, so no way to unload the car and park here with one of us staying in the vehicle. When I questioned the clerk upon registering if I am supposed to go to the ramp behind the hotel to park, she responded you can do that, it’s free. (Again, I realize now their preference was to have me pay for valet parking, but we just wanted to unload quickly and get to the Brewer game). Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Very nice stay for a Brewers games and sportsbook. Shuttle service was excellent!

You don't really need to leave the hotel for anything. They have it all. This coming from someone who doesn’t gamble.

Had a great day in Milwaukee. Returned to the hotel and casino happy as ever and a security guard treated us so poorly it just ruined the day. He almost didn’t even let me in the casino even though we had a room. The only staff that was nice there was the lady at the hotel check in. Valet parking was rude. I wish I would have stayed elsewhere for half the cost, but wanted to stay at a place with a fun friendly atmosphere. Did not get that at all. I must say the Chinese food restaurant in there was phenomenal, food great and friendly staff, I wish I remember the name of this place. Yeah all in all, hotel, nice, but not worth the money compared to other places in town, with rude customer service.

The bed was hands down one of the worst beds to sleep in we have ever had. It is very hard. My husband had a hard time with the fun size pillows as well. We ate one morning in the cafe off the lobby and it was the worse service ever. The waitress was mediocre at best. She did not have the demeanor to handle a busy day. The faces and attitude of the staff in there was not good. We should have been asked if we ever stayed there before, and advised there was a buffet. We did both know that until after we had already ordered. My son-in-law asked her to cancel his and give him the buffet, in which she responded she was not sure how to do that. Definitely not a place we would recommend to our family and friends.

The staff was so nice. The parking is free. The room was quiet and comfortable. And the food was fantastic. I loved my stay for Summerfest.
