VERY NICE HOTEL ,THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT 5 STARS FOR THE STAFF. THE VALET SERVICE WAS GOOD EXCEPTFOR ONE LADY WHO GOT MY CAR. SHE WAS RUDE AND I SORRY I GAVE HER A FIVE DOLLAR TIP. THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL,

I enjoyed the hotel and casino, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The picture of the room on Expedia is not the room. A signature room on Expedia has a picture of a soaking tub. I got to my room and there was a pile of sheets in the floor in front of my door. I saw that there was no tub so I called guest services. The woman on the line told me that they can’t help me—that I have go back down (15 floors) to the lobby to get to the front desk. I asked her to transfer me and she told me that it wasn’t an option. I went back down to the desk only to learn that they couldn’t change my room because I booked through Expedia. My room smelled like smoke so I sent a message through the maintenance app since that’s the only app with a comment area and guest services wasn’t helping. I told them that I signed an agreement to not smoke in the room or I’d be fined $250. Maintenance came to the room with air freshener. Like what? Room service took nearly an hour. When I contact guest services again, they told me that the couldn’t transfer me to in-room dining and that the room service is closed on Monday. This was after I had already placed my order on the tablet in the room and they sent me a receipt. About 3 mins later my food came. The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. They had me download the hotel app-asked what the occasion was (my anniversary) and even asked that we upload pics so that they can recognize us. No one did. Not one special moment or happy anniversary from anyone. In room dining was gross and more. Word limit reached

This venue is a little jewel tucked into the downtown area of Milwaukee. Friendly staff, super clean modern casino and the hotel room was first rate. Rooms facing east give panoramic view of the downtown and lake. Free valet parking available to guests. Earlier check in was possible as rooms became available.The only downside was how tight the slots seemed to be in our playing experience.

It was ok. Nothing memorable.

Grat stay and casino. Can be alittle pricey if you are not a club member.

A health condition and not working with me for me to be able to stay there after the long drive! Even called ahead to ask about the stairs and room location requesting a lower level and they would not help with that on the phone before we left to go for our friends 40th birthday celebration! Terrible experience!

Rooms are a little dusty, but remodeled.

Had a problem with front desk saying that they overbooked king bed rooms. After some back and forth the problem was fixed but had issues with ordering service or having charges to the room due to the reservation names not being updated. The property was really nice. Food was good, casino was good. Front desk needs work.

My biggest issue was the lack of communication and accommodation from the staff. I specifically called the hotel in advance to verify that there was stair access to the guest rooms rather than having to use the elevators. I was told this could be handled at the front desk when we checked in. When we arrived, we were told there is no access to the stairs from the guest floors. The stairs can only be used to come down, and there is no way to use your room key/card to access the stairs going back up. This was extremely frustrating, especially because I had taken the time to call ahead specifically to address this concern. Had I been given accurate information over the phone, I could have canceled in a timely manner and made other arrangements. Instead, I arrived expecting the issue to be handled as I was told it would be, only to find out that wasn’t possible — and was then told there would be no refund or accommodation for the situation. The staff was also less than helpful or welcoming while we were trying to figure this out. Even just having someone acknowledge the frustration and try to find a solution would have made a difference. The hotel is convenient because of its location and connection to the casino, but unfortunately the experience with the staff and the lack of reasonable accommodation means we will not be staying here again.

This was a clean and spacious room. The casino and restaurants were great.

The resort is nice except for the fact that our room was not cleaned. That is fine,but we were not given clean towels or replace coffee for the morning. I’ve never had that experience at any other hotel.

They let us Check in early and won some Money, Great place !

Amazing facility and amazing staff!

This is a nice property. However, my three night stay, no one came to clean the room. It was dusty on my arrival, but the room was clean. Dusting is a part of cleaning. There was no map of the hotel to be able to maneuver around the hotel. I called the front desk to found out what floor the gym was on and they had to put me on hold to ask someone. Go figure...

Great experience great food options on property. The staff are friendly and helpful and very informative when checking in.
