Great property.

Amazing accommodations and the smell of the lobby made me try and track down the scent. Outside area is beautiful and close to food and fun!

Breakfast was very good as was the outdoor patio bar. We really enjoyed the bartenders and the atmosphere. Very friendly and made wonderful cocktails. The parking staff was also very friendly and helpful. The art on all the floors and our room was really interesting and fun. Room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was a bit somber but efficient.

We asked for water bottles to purchase. They had none. I asked if they had certain things for purchase and no one seemed to have answers. I asked when the hotel opened, thinking that I would give them a break if it was brand new and they needed to work out kinks. Nope. Not new, just poorly trained staff and a hotel that focused too much on a weird scent wafting through the whole hotel rather than on actual useful amenities.

The day of arrival I called the front desk to ask if my room was ready and get an early check in but the front desk had me on the phone for and hour looking for my reservation and saying I had the wrong date booked? I said multiple times can I give you my confirmation number and no respond(dead air) she was doing something on the computer but I ask again, hello can I provide my number to help. she found my reservation and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and abrasiveness of the phone call no “ sorry about that I found it” nothing. So now I check in and and foen annoy my trip but at checkout I went to the restaurant and asked for a cup at coffee at 10 AM and the sever finally stopped after 10 minutes of me sitting at the bar and “I have a make a fresh pot of coffee if you really want one”..I said yes please is it that much trouble! I just wanted coffee? The house of the restaurant don’t match what the front desk told us and online when I looked up the hours on the website. what hotel doesn’t offer coffee? The bar area in the restaurant was sticky and dirty, the bar glad window was gross, like someone wiped it and left dirty streaks that accumulated dust and dirt! The restaurant bar had open wine bottles beer bottles. ..

However, there are a few areas for improvement. First, the on-site restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, which is too early, especially on weekends. Second, at the outdoor bar, I was served a drink in a noticeably dirty glass. When I asked for a replacement, the bartender simply poured the existing drink from the dirty glass directly into a clean one rather than pouring a fresh drink. Finally, the room itself showed significant wear and tear. The carpeting had a tripping hazard from buckling, dark creases, and a bleached spot. The animal-hide ottoman was heavily worn with a hole on top, and the bathroom vanity had a burnt-out bulb, indicating a lapse in basic maintenance. Despite these issues, the beautiful atmosphere and great staff make this a place I would definitely stay again.

We arrived early in the AM and the staff at the desk were very rude. I booked 2 nights and the staff were absolutely amazing and made up for it all. Definitely recommend 10/10

This isn’t first time staying here, so we were disappointed on how unfriendly staff was. From the moment we called to check on availability of room to check out. Mostly just front desk staff. The bar and dining area were great. Hopefully that can be improved considering it’s not an inexpensive hotel and people pay a decent amount to stay there.

This was such a nice unique place, some really great shops in the area and super close to the water. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Loved it.
