The Iron Horse Hotel

Great stay!

The entire hotel staff from valet staff to front desk to restaurant staff were all incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The outdoor venue was amazing!

We got to our room and we were in there for about five minutes when another couple entered the room with their room key stating they were also given the same room as us. When we went down to tell them about it, they apologized, but never gave us new keys so when we got home at midnight, we went up to a room and couldn't get in because the keys were deactivated. Then when we tried to get back to our room, the button for floor number four on the elevator did not work. We asked for a manager to give us a call today to discuss it but as of right now we have not heard back from anybody.

The vibe, the comfy bed, yet modern room. Restaurant was good too. This was our 2nd stay here. I will be back when in the area! The only complaint I would have is the strong perfume/air freshener/incense smell in the lobby area. It is overwhelming & makes me ill, but it didn't permeate upstairs.

Staff is amazing but poorly managed. Employees were stretched thin. Showers were not very clean.

Very easy check in/check out process. Staff was very friendly and helpful on bar recommendations nearby.

Staff was great Smelt of men’s aftershave and cigarettes. Large boudoir wall murals in each room. Dark and depressing.

When I first pulled in, Ryan, the Valet, was on point. He also was Jonny on the spot for the entire time I was there. Kyle, Tim, and the entire Food and Beverage staff were very professional. My room was awesome, and the front of the house went the extra mile, to make my stay comfortable. Cool place. 5 stars, for The Iron Horse Motel! 💯

Love this hotel but it needs some repairs. The carpeting in particular it stretched out and I’ll fitted. Beds are comfortable and rooms very clean.

Exceptional

Amazing food in the outdoor bar area we had lunch and dinner there and both meals were excellent also wait staff were great and super attentive we highly recommend eating there.

Rooms need to be updated for accessory charging, night staff need to not be sleeping on the computer keyboard, not s good look.

Clean modern room. Friendly staff in the hotel and the restaurant.

It’s such a disappointment that all 3 bars close at Midnight. Wish at least the one bar inside would stay open until bar time / 2a. The Yard was awesome to hang out. Room is spacious and cool looking. Front desk instruction on how to get valet code are too confusing—just hand me the simple steps, don’t rattle them all off to me as I check in.

This is a unique hotel to stay in with a cool vibe and artsy decor. We enjoyed our deluxe room with a view. The staff were friendly and helpful—valet parking was a nice touch. The restaurant was good overall. Only areas of improvement would be thicker walls (we could hear our loud neighbors early in the morning through the walls) and the room had a bit of a musty smell, but nothing unmanageable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had some drinks at the bar when we came back from the Brewers game. All the staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend. One thing to kind of keep in mind when I book through Expedia I had free parking but the hotel doesn't see that when you get there so make sure you mention it. Otherwise you're paying $44. The staff were wonderful and took care of it right away when I let them know, but just don't forget

Staff supervisor friendly, grounds very well kept, bathroom has a rain style shower and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and it was quiet. No noise from hallway or rooms next door. The dining was great. This place is definitely worth the money.
