Classy joint, great valet, bell captain, front desk. Very kind; took great care of us. Love the bathtub. Next time, we'll take the loaner bikes out for a spin.

Room was large and very clean. Liked the large walk-in shower and spacious bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and the A/C was quiet. Staff were super responsive

In-room dining not available every day. Security sat with hands in pockets, instead of helping with door. For a hotel priced this high, service and standards did not match.

Their front desk staff were extremely helpful and proactively so. Their valet service was very reliable and fast. Everything at this hotel was run extremely smoothly.

Tub in my room was clogged and the carpet was old and worn. Super modern lobby but outdated rooms. Paying 350+ per night for Milwaukee, they should be top tier!
