We enjoyed the rooftop bar, the restaurant for breakfast and the professional friendly staff. The bed was comfortable.

Great room and great staff

Their front desk staff were extremely helpful and proactively so. Their valet service was very reliable and fast. Everything at this hotel was run extremely smoothly.

Fascinating Style and a very original ambiance inside the Hotel from the Lobby to the Room and Restrooms. And premium quality elements, excelent attention and service.

We always love to stay at The Kimpton hotels. This time, we were so happy with the the staff, the location is perfect. Everything is clean, and comfortable. Not enough F&B available at the hotel. We wanted to have dinner and the restaurant was closed. There is only one restaurant...

Poor

Matthew is the best. His amazing customer service made our stay extra special. I do wish they had complimentary water bottles in the room but other than that everything was great. Great location, great rooftop bar, great clean large nice hotel rooms.

Pleasant

Very friendly staff. Our room was very large compared to other rooms I have stayed in. The bathrooms were also large and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel and the rooftop bar were both really nice. Great ambiance and it is really close to the shops and restaurants in the Third Ward. We took a nice walk along the riverfront, went to the Public market, and saw a show a the Riverside Theater. Everything was very close to the hotel. We really enjoyed staying there!

From the minute we arrived, we were given first class service. The people who work for the hotel couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. We would definitely recommend and stay again when we are in town.

Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.

Beautiful Hotel on the good side of Milwaukee

Location was top notch! The staff from the moment we arrived were amazing. The valet employee's keep things moving. Beautiful property, would definitely stay again on our next trip to Milwaukee.

The location is fantastic! Overall, it is a nice hotel. A super unique feature is the large number of bicycles available for guests to use, which is fantastic since you are so close to the lakefront and the river. The value of the room is definitely the location. Unfortunately, if you are allergic to animals, this is not the hotel to stay in. We had to cut our anniversary weekend short due to an allergy and asthma flareup. We asked if we could be moved to a floor that had never had animals on it; however, the front desk staff said they could not guarantee that, so our only option was to check out early. In trying to expedite our check out, my husband left a very nice pair of dress slacks in the closet. We called and were told to fill out a form for housekeeping to check for the pants. Apparently, no one found them, so he is down a pair of very nice pants. We had a great start, but a frustrating and disappointing ending.
