The staff was very helpful in resolving the water temperature issue promptly. There was also a nice variety of food available at breakfast. Overall we had a nice experience.

Room was huge and very clean. It was perfect and included breakfast. Shower could be updated but was fine

The attendant did an excellent job in maintaining the sheets, towels and amenities in the room. There was nothing that I was not pleased with,except, the coffee in the snack area was a little pricey. The breakfast ran out pretty quickly as compared to the amount of guest checked into the hotel.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay here. I came to see a doctor at the university hospital and didn’t know the area at all (we are from Montana), but based on reviews decided on this spot because we wanted something quiet. We pulled into the hotel and it was just as beautiful as the pictures or even more so. We arrived fairly late and the man at the front desk was so incredibly nice and helpful. We had a suite room which was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable! The spa was clean and perfectly heated. The little courtyard was beautiful with so many happy birds chirping. It was a great place to rest and spend some time (I never saw anyone else out there while we were there). The free breakfast was good - buffet style, it had the Belgium waffle maker, eggs, bagels, sausage, cereals etc. there was a Whole Foods and Target about a minute away which was convenient. If we have to come back to this doctor, I will 100% stay here again.

Excellent breakfast, with comfortable bed in room, and large amount of space in the room. 1 foot section of framing around the patio door was entirely rotted out. I took a photo and showed the front desk and they said they were going to work on that.

the room was a good size, clean and the mattress was firm i didn’t appreciate how expensive the snack shop was. very inconvenient when i needed something quick. i understand making it more expensive but these were more than airport prices and was not justified.
