The Wilshire Grand Hotel

The hotel has lovely decor and spacious rooms. It is clean and well maintained.

Very laid back atmosphere, nice area,will definitely stay again.

This was a great hotel with a great breakfast and comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant.

Com and front desk staff had trouble understanding and expected me to check in the next day too Second day breakfast had no eggs or breakfast meat just a funny little blintz

Locatipn and cleanliness Needs update

The hotel was extremely clean and has all of the modern conveniences with a fridge and microwave in each spacious room. The lighting in the rooms could be brighter.

Great location & neighborhood, great restaurants that are convenient to the hotel. Wonderful customer service, cleanliness of the property, wonderful breakfast and pleasant staff.

Very large room with more draw space than most placed. Continuous drip from bathroom faucet which the front desk seemed to care less about. The same can be said when I reported that the treadmills in the gym did not work.

The room was perfect. No issues at all. Breakfast was excellent. Did not use any amenities like the pool or gym, so I have no idea about those

Upon checking in the concierge was very nice and helpful, the hotel was very clean and breakfast and other amenities were extremely good. 24 hours fresh coffee and popcorn was great. I would definitely recommend friends and family to go stay there, I can’t wait for my next booking trip there.

The rooms and facilities were clean. Seems like a mostly well kept hotel. Breakfast is lacking - the breakfast meat I'm pretty sure was "SPAM" (canned meat). It looked gross and inedible. Otherwise it was bagels, eggs, cereal. I would call it "ok-ish" The AC in the rooms are OLD - and you can smell that. The whole room smells stale. They are also super loud, old , in wall type units. The shower heads are awful - for women trying to wash their hair - it's really tough.

Window heating and cooling unit was quite noisy and a bit hard to adjust properly.

Staff was kind and helpful, room clean and tidy, just wish the beds were queen sized instead of full but other than that it was a nice short stay. Wish we were able to stay long enough to have the breakfast- but hopefully next time.

This place was very nice I would definitely stay there again.
