The staff was excellent.Thr property clean

I travel a lot for work, and this is the best hotel. I have stayed in for the price. Everything is spotless and very nice.

I was in this hotel 4 years ago. It was so nice back then. Now the property is outdated and the humidity in the room was unbearable.

Nice rooms. Stays dark and cool at night. Maid service was excellent. Buffet breakfast reasonably priced.

Place to stay

The only issue I had during my stay was when their system was down upon our arrival and all of the check-in's had to be done manually. We did get a room, however around 10:00 that night we heard someone coming into our hotel room and it was another guest and their family. The front desk gave them the same room we had and activated their key to our room. When I called downstairs, they did apologize but since they activated our cards for another guest, they de-activated our room cards and I had to go downstairs the next morning to straighten that issue out and never received an apology from the staff.

It was within walking distance to the shopping outlets and restaurants

My room was not clean on Saturday morning.Trash was not taken out bit sheets , was not change, they did not change towels on Saturday morning.

Clean room

Friendly staff, clean room, and conveniently located next to a shopping outlet and restaurants. Located very close to the highway was a plus.

I liked everything just finished the breakfast was included but everything was amazing it was our first time staying and we loved it. Definitely coming back

Parking and load in and out was very difficult.

My son and I went scuba diving and stayed here for the night. It was perfect; I will be staying here from now on for all of our dive trips to West Palm. Everything was super clean. The room was spacious and super clean. The AC is freezing cold if you want it. It was quite and we got a good nights sleep after our dive trip. The staff was incredibly friendly. The parking garage is right next to the lobby. My son parked his car in the garage, but my mid-roof van was to high to enter the garage. But the receptionist was more than happy to let me park next to the garage, just outside the lobby. We swam in the pool, which was equally spotless with water that is well maintained. And all this for a really great price. I really can't say enough great things about our stay here. There was nothing at all that we didn't like. Thank you to everyone that is running this hotel. You all are doing awesome.

Clean room/ friendly staff/ excellent parking and everything was great

I loved how close the hotel was to the shopping area (the outlet mall is awesome)! The parking garage was great, but upon entry, it is a little confusing to access. The pool is great. The restaurant is excellent. There are three elevators on the property and they were down a lot. We stayed on the ninth floor and my daughter and I had to take the stairs on one day. Most of the time only one of the elevators was working. This caused delays during the busier times of the day.

Must say that the service and property are exceptional. The minute I arrived was greated and taken care of. Wonderful customer interaction. The Hotel was also very clean smelled Wonderful and was very clean. The rooms are very spacious we had two large queen size beds with plenty of closet and storage space, there was skso a laundry room on the 10th floor very clean. We did nit do breakfast but had a little something to eat later on the 2nd day which was okay mostly quick food like wings salads burgers the bartender/waiter was excellent dri ks wrre6very good. Parking is okay there was a charge of $7 per day whi h was fine by us. Would I recommend this Hotel absolutely you won't be disappointed. Also it's next to the Tanger Outlets if you enjoy shopping.
