Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport

I did not understand the use of a complimentary breakfast card when the website stated breakfast was free. I also was very disappointed in the cleaning. The furniture needed to be cleaned and wiped down but mainly I called for housekeeping to clean our room and the cleaning person cam in with an attitude and half cleaned the room I was very disappointed. There was also a roach on the hallway wall..unacceptable!!

This hotel was clean, spacious, and affordable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Edmund, the bartender, was absolutely fantastic and friendly - after meeting him once, it was like we had known him forever! I will absolutely stay at this hotel again. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Great breakfast, super helpful staff and great ambiance

Lots of parking available, and has an upscale feel to it. Nice little hotel bar with a 4-6pm happy hour. The pool is nice, just a little confusing that there wasn't pool hours posted anywhere, the team member told me that the pool closes when it gets dark. That was a little odd to me, but not an issue. Our room's vents were closed for some reason and I stood on a chair to manually open them to help cool the temperature down. Otherwise the stay was great.

Looks like new management is working. Well trained staff. Managers look sharp, well dressed. Breakfast is simple and tasty. Could add Turkey or Beef sausage. Coffee needs to be hotter than the one served this morning. Looking forward to staying there again in next few months.

The staff was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked through the front door, I was checked in immediately the room was very clean. I was greeted throughout the hotel by their employees. The breakfast was very good hot and again the staff very friendly I would highly recommend choosing this hotel. This is my third time staying with them and each time the service is consistent.
