La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport

Property is very outdated. Exterior is dirty. Our room 307 had MOLD ALL OVER THE CEILING ( I have photos). We should’ve never been placed in that room!!! I chatted with a Expedia customer service representative and I called the front desk for another room which they placed us in and the TV didn’t work and no one came to six it despite me informing them! Hallway leading to room had a foul odor combined with the smell of weed. Breaker kept tripping for the waffle maker. This is a place you only stay for a maximum of one night if at all)!!

8/10 for my stay . A lot of homeless in and out but other then that no complaints

I was not satisfied with the room this time. The air conditioner did not work efficently. The air barely came out.The water in the tub dripped constantly, and I heard drip, drip, drip all night long. The door was very hard to get into, when I wanted to get into my room. I had to slide my door key into the slot 8 to 10 times before the door would open. Outside of that, everything else was fine. The hotel staff was nice. The front desk people were really nice, and so were the cleaning people. The Breakfast area was always cleaned, and the lady that worked in that room was very kind, and professional. She deserves a raise in salary, for all she does to keep that area running well.

The room is covered in mold, the ceiling was the worst I have ever seen.

Nice clean and cool room, friendly staff, convenient morning breakfast area

This was a 1-night maximum stay for me. Place is old and showing, and a bit unkept. Staff was okay.

Breakfast consisted of waffles, fruit, yogurt etc. fruit was soft/rotten like when bitten into. Muffin was delish. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful when presented with issues. Checked in Wednesday evening, Thursday upon returning from being out for the day, room was not attended to. When inquired, staff stated they were severely understaffed. Room was attended to the following day. Rooms appeared outdated with stains on curtains, sheets and mattress. Bed was soft (too soft for preference). A/C worked well and kept room cool all day and night. Ample parking spaces. In comparison to pictures, pool and hotel does not appear well maintained/outdated. Overall, stay was nice and staff were friendly, however would not return.

The rooms are out dated my first room smelled like wet rug second was better but still smelled. We had no cold water in the shower really hot water to shower. Had to shower at relatives home. The door was stuck had to use my shoulder to get it opened. Had to get new keys 3times because they would not work, and at night a few really uncomfortable looking people loitering around did not feel safe. Affordable but would never stay again.

Door wouldn’t work properly, took 3 people,15 minutes to get us out AND when the door finally opened we were made fun of.

The hotel room was nasty, their were stains on the sheets. The bathroom was nasty. The microwave was nasty. I did not use anything in the room. I will not return.

Room was clean, but needed repairs to room condition. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value.

The price and you pay for what you get. Convenient to the places I needed to visit.

I really didn’t expect that all the rooms was trashy and the doors was broken

Nada me gustó en el hotel,, imagina que llegue con mi esposa realize el checking in y cuando llegue a la habitación y abrí la puerta no camine ni tan siquiera 8 pasos y me regresé y le entregue las llaves a la carpentera y nos largamos perdiendo el del alquiler pero es que era un olor tan fuerte que apenas podía respirar., esperado que algún día mejoren sus servicios sino cierren el hotel
