Nice comfy bed and cold ac. Front desk lady was rude and cleaning her car outside when I arrived and was waiting a while to be attended to.

Nothing The hotel accommodations were not provided as described and were unsanitary. During my two-night stay, I was forced to change rooms twice due to mold/mildew odors and reported pest activity. The drug activities outside in the parking lot.

I had what looked like an adult cockroach in the room and they didn’t seem to care. The keycards never worked good, the smell was “okay”. Don’t be fooled by the pool or breakfast, neither was impressive to say the least.

Ample parking, helpful staff, limited choices during breakfast, pool not maintained due to rain storms, hallway carpet smell seems stagnant and mildewy.

Walk way of hotel was filthy, elevator ground was filthy with trash the room was smelling bad sent.

Positive: Towels and sheets were clean, Breakfast was decent. Would not recommend.

I don’t like it smell so bad, the hallway smell so strong with deep Clorox that was a very bad experience in my hotel story , I will never book again.

Nothing, it was dirty and disgusting and nothing like the pictures advertised. Everything. Demo the building and start over.

Floor wasn’t swept and a pile of debris was behind the door near the door stop. The tub has been painted and the paint is peeling off. The mold on the ceilings is NOT hidden and easily seen. I advised the front counter young lady I’d be notifying the health department tomorrow. It was disgusting. Have pictures and they will be sent to their corporate office tommorow.

This specific location cleanliness was not up to par. There was mold in both rooms we were given. Mold on the beds, roof, and inside of the AC vents. There was also another customer that complained of mold fully in their room and also appliance defaults.
