88 Palms Hotel & Event Center

Cable offering has long, 3-5 years, been abysmal! Now, even worse as TNT and USA are frozen. No TBS!??? Now no kids channels? No NBC! No CBS < 5 choices!!! Ridiculous

The room was spacious and clean the bed was hard as a rock there was no hot water for a week the tv only got 5 channels and every time you mention it, they would tell you they were working on. It never got worked on while I was there. Of course I was on the second floor. The first floor looked a little more newer, so maybe that floor had all the amenities.

Thank you for your service guys appreciate that very comfortable❤️

The property needs some attention. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, and the door would not close properly. The room also had an unpleasant smell, and the A/C was very noisy. These issues affected the overall quality of the stay. However, the employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful at check-out.

Fantastic

Bad

The TV cable offering is terrible. No CBS, No ABC No TNT. TBS has picture/no sound! Ridiculous

no y las alfombra toda sucia El aire muy bueno

There were cockroaches, the water was cold, and the place was not very clean.

Great place, the people at the front were very kind and accommodating. I just had one tiny issue and that was the heat of the shower. I am a one off though and like hot showers regardless of the weather. Overall though, would definitely recommend and come again

At check in she says water heater dead. Only warm water. It was ok. Worst cable offerings ever! NO CBS, No ABC. No TNT, TBS w no volume! 5-7 stations?!?!

The bathrooms need remodeling, the hot water doesn’t work, everyday we had to get a new key because the one that last given stop opening the door.

The staff at 88 Palms are all friendly and efficient at doing their jobs. Coffee is available in the lobby. You also have a coffee maker in the room. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, short ride to Publix, Walgreen’s and Walmart.

The front desk person Desha was very attentive, sweet, and polite. Other front desk clerks were unattentive and acted like assisting guests was a chore. elevator was scary. No one answered the phone for days when I tried calling after reservation was made. The TV had some crazy thing were it would reset and if you didn't know, it was just too bad for you, you'd be without television.

there are only 5 channels on the tv, and no way to stream my own netflix or prime

The rooms had mold and roaches the ice machine had roaches wouldn’t recommend

Everything was ok

Cable selection is miserable! NO CBS, NO ABC, NO TNT , TBS but no volume!!!

Clean rooms and unlimited towel service. Love the breakfast service. Not a coffee person but I was drinking 2 cups daily. Excellent coffee. AC in 90 temperatures was excellent. Laundry coin operated- I was thankful for this service. Clean and in good working condition.

Price, friendly staff, cleanliness, Atmosphere & comfort.
