Kesha was amazing! Checked us in promptly, very friendly, helpful when I had an issue with the room!! I stay here often, always clean, no bugs, very clean pool, staff is great. Good value for your hotel dollar!

I love staying at this hotel. Large rooms plus huge comfy bed makes traveling a relief. If they added a continental breakfast I’d never leave.

No hot water for the shower or sink. Switches rooms, still no hot water. Disappointing

Both of the rooms that I had had no hot water one of the handles to turn on the water was broken and not usable just kept spending and had to find a certain spot to even get some warm water one of my rooms my family found a cockroach in the bed TVs did not work correctly only had like maybe three channels and one room and like six channels in the other just really wasn't the best of a stay

I would not stay here again. Listen to the other bad reviews lol. I decided to risk it cause it was cheap and close to where I needed to be. The shower had no hot water when I tried to shower on the first night there. The shower nozzle to turn it on was super rusty and hard to turn/use. The TV volume didn’t work initially and there was only like 15 channels maybe and zero streaming apps lol. Then I saw a roach in the bathroom in the morning of my second day staying there. I did not visit the pool but it seemed nice. Overall the hotel seemed a bit run down and could use some freshening up. The bed was actually very comfortable but the pillows were super tiny and were not suitable for a king size bed?! More like for a double or twin bed lol. The AC was super loud and would wake me up occasionally when it came on. Also if you arrive early because of an early flight be prepared to pay an early check in fee!

The room was dirty with trash bags in the corner when we arrived. There’s one ice machine that barely works on the first floor. The ice machine on the fifth floor was gone. Nothing special just a place sleep. When we arrived, there was five police officers in the lobby. Not sure why. Very convenient to I think amphitheater. I would consider a two star hotel.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, mold, and other unpleasant odors. The TV didn’t work, and the shower drain was clogged, so we couldn’t even take a shower. The biggest issue was the number of cockroaches and spiders throughout the room. We were unable to sleep because we kept finding them everywhere. Given the condition of the room, we requested a refund so we could move to a cleaner, more suitable hotel, but our request was refused. We felt completely ripped off. I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel was old but clean, quiet, and felt safe

Although the room was not thoroughly cleaned, the absence of insects was a positive aspect. However, the bedding was stained on all three occasions it was changed, which was not ideal. Visible dirt and grime were present throughout the bathroom, and there was dirt and debris under the bed. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning effectively, resulting in a rather warm temperature during my stay. While it is important to consider the cost of accommodations, my primary complaint was the key cards. On the fifth floor, the key cards occasionally malfunctioned, requiring me to obtain a replacement.

Ac was a lil warm and toilet water ran all night but other than those 2 simple complaints, my stay was quiet and much needed .

Their place was nice and the staff there was very nice as well. They can do better in the bathroom on cleaning but everything else 10 out of 10.

Tv stations were limited, but room was clean and bug free. Ice maker was good, poll was clean. Pull out couch was really a pull out chair that had a less than “ twin mattress size” mattress. Very tiny and uncomfortable.

This is our second time to stay here and price is very reasonable, location is convenient and the room is clean.

The hotel to sleep well, but for me and my family it was a little bad since the air conditioning in the room did not work as it is supposed to we called the reception we wanted us to go down to change the room late at night, The night was not very good, the other thing was the coffee maker in the room did not work and finally when we arrived at the hotel they asked us for a deposit that does not say in their specifications in the hotel.com app and when we asked , When they returned the deposit to us, if they found everything fine in the 7-14-day room, it depends on your bank . I don't recommend that you stay in this place

Perfect room layout. Big window, lovely.

Not taken care of. Laundry are smelt like something died in it. Pool had trash in it. Smelt musty. No water pressure.
