Customer service was so helpful when we arrived. I was able to get in early for a rehearsal dinner. Very helpful. Room and hotel was so very clean. Breakfast was perfect. I expect to stay here whenever I come down to W. Palm Beach. I visit twice a month. Thank you for everything 😊

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, IT WAS OUR HOLD OVER HOTEL WHEN WE LANDED IN WEST PALM BEACH BECAUSE WE DID NOT WANT TO USE OUR FIRST DAY AT THE FIVE STAR HOTEL WE BOOKED FOR OUR VACATION SO THIS HOTEL WORKED OUT PERFECTLY.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to airport and shuttle was nice to have. My room had a dirty socks smell. Sheets were scratchy.

Hotel was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with options to choose from. The front desk staff DeJon was exceptional. He was professional, helpful and very friendly. I mistakenly booked an accessible room and he upgraded me with such warmth and kindness. Location was good and I’ll stay here again if I’m in the west palm beach area. Overall 10/10
