Excellent stay!!!!

MAGNIFICENT

Room had a dog odor

Easy overnight stay. Clean and comfortable. Airport transport.

Lawanda was a rockstar front desk person. The shuttle being available for the airport and nearby City Place was a huge plus. The hotel itself was clean, beautiful and super comfortable beds. Would stay here again no question about it.

Overall a great value for the money but the property is a bit older and run down. Gym is not so well equipped. The hotel is located on a busy street and the swimming pool is facing the busy street directly. I enjoyed the breakfast, hot, very modest but one of the best baby waffles I ever had. Would stay again and will definitely recommend it. Great value for families!

My 14yr old liked the breakfast. I liked how it is centrally located to the airport and places to eat. The rooms interior was just ok. I did need to change rooms due to the condition of the inital room. I have pictures attached to show the condition of the first room. The photo with the trays the door was missing?? The other picture is the second room which included the door! Lol. The last picture is the tub!

Best Hampton Or hotel period I've stayed in!

Overall a very good experience, the only. negative was the shuttle driver we had on 6/16 in the afternoon, we were not pleased with him, not helpful at all. All the other shuttle drivers were excellent, opened the door for us helped us get into the van, pleasant conversation. In my opinion that shuttle driver who was the negative, should be shown the door. My wife and I were very uncomfortable with him, I filed a complaint at the front desk. His description, he was bald and cocasion.

The staff was very helpful during our stay. Location was very convenient to downtown.

When I arrived there was no shower curtain and the sink wouldn’t drain. It was taken care of that day. When I left the front desk clerk had no smile, hope you come again, have a nice day. The greeting when I arrived in the evening was much nicer after a long day. I stay at the Hampton probably 3 times a year.

The breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. However the carpet smells and the couch seems a little dirty. Overall not a bad hotel.

No hot water and the shower was poorly designed

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we got there. Missiana checked us in and was so helpful and friendly. She acknowledged me with a smile and warm greeting as soon as I walked in. She made it a very smooth check in and we were in our room on just a few minutes. Shortly after checking in I got a text from her at the front desk checking in to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. We requested additional pillows and received them soon after. The areas we visited in the hotel were all clean and well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning. My husband enjoyed a waffle and I had the chicken sausage with some breakfast potatoes. All were delicious. We had no issues and would highly recommend. It was a short drive to the I-Think amphitheater/fairgrounds. We will surely stay again when we are back in town for another concert or event.
