Hampton Inn by Hilton West Palm Beach Central Airport

Air conditioner in room was very noisy. Not comfortable using toiletries, not tamper proof.

Everything was great. The room was clean, but it was not quiet somebody up on the fourth floor was either installing tile or screw in the cabinets in or something all night long last night. All I could hear is I’m hammering with a rubber mallet that sounded like right above my room. If these places are gonna be under the construction, please tell somebody at the front desk when you check in.

Staff were all friendly and Dejon made mean feel very welcome on arrival!!

Be prepared to pay for parking!

I truly appreciate all the staffs help from needing an extra blanket all the way down to showing me how to connect my cellphone to the wifi. I'm 67 years old and with being a new air traveler and a new cell user also. Thank you so very much

Hampton was amazing they held my room as I informed them I was coming late. My flight was delayed two hours so I actually was much later than I said I was going to be and my room was still waiting for me. The front desk person who checked me in was amazing even left something for me when she realized my birthday was going to be spent in FL while I was at the hotel. Overall the experience was amazing.

I couldn’t praise the staff there enough. They were exceptional. Everyone helped us with places to eat and letting us watch the World Cup in the dining area so we could play cards and have some snacks. The pool area is bright and sunny. Perfect for laying out or going for a swim. The free breakfast in the morning was good. Lots of choices. Love their waffles.

Easy overnight stay. Clean and comfortable. Airport transport.

Lawanda was a rockstar front desk person. The shuttle being available for the airport and nearby City Place was a huge plus. The hotel itself was clean, beautiful and super comfortable beds. Would stay here again no question about it.
