Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

Exceptional

The room was clean, a nice hot shower and comfy bed, helpful staff and delicious breakfast. There was also a shuttle to downtown and the airport. Good price and a bar and laundry for guests.

Laurie at the front desk. Maid service, kitchen staff, maintenance staff everyone was very pleasant I really enjoyed my stay it was my birthday treat to myself and they made it excellent. I will book again when the price go down.

Great staff

The staff was friendly, the place was nice

Wonderful property and Laurie at the front desk was a delight. Will use Hilton Hotels again.

restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and food was good. There is a pool no other amenities. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the airport which was very convenient.

Good

This was a great hotel.

Exceptional

This location was perfect for what I needed the night before an early flight. Everything in the room was perfect as well. The location of my room unfortunately was along side a road where two cars wanted to drag race at 2 AM. Obviously no fault of the hotel.

Amazing location to downtown and cityplace! So close to the airport too, almost impossible to miss your flight back home!

From check in to check out, the staff was very helpful and kind!

Exceptional

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and made the stay feel much more comfortable. The room was clean, organized, and well maintained when I arrived, and the common areas throughout the hotel were also kept in great condition. The bathroom, bedding, floors, and furniture all appeared to be properly cleaned and cared for. Overall, the hotel’s attention to cleanliness created a welcoming environment and made the stay much more enjoyable. The only issue I experienced during my stay was that the refrigerator in the room was not working properly. While this was a little inconvenient, it did not take away from the overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable, and the staff provided good service throughout my stay. Despite the refrigerator issue, I still had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

Had a lovely time! All good

All good

We enjoyed our 1 night stay prior to our cruise.

The bathrooms need to be updated. The showers and bathrooms overall were old and very roughed up. Made it feel not clean.
