Clean rooms and friendly staff

Really enjoyed our one night stay here. Needed close proximity to PBI for an early flight home after a cruise. We were able to enjoy the pool, it’s a very clean and relaxing space. After that I was able to do all of our laundry so we could have fly home with all clean clothes in our suitcases! After that we took advantage to the free shuttle into town and we had a nice dinner and got to wander around W Palm which has so many options for dining and shopping. The hotel bathrooms are all outfitted with Crabtree and Evelyn products which I love. After a good nights sleep the free hotel shuttle took us to the airport which was less than a ten minute ride. Highly recommend if you need to be near the airport.

When we arrived after being on a plane for 6-hrs the iternet/computers were down so we had to sit in the Lobby for almost an hour then I was told the reservation i made for two Queen beds was not guaranteed and not available therefore I would need to select another choice. However, the replacement room was not bad and we realized this situation was frustrating for other guest and the Lobby staff as well. Sometimes things go wrong and U just have to accept powerlessness in these instances. We appreciated the staffs efforts in trying to satisfy our needs.

Close to Airport, free shuttle to airport, courteous staff.

The staff were really nice. The room was clean and the AC was working great. This hotel offers parking on site. It is free during your stay, or $10 a day to leave it there if you’re going on a cruise. Pool was nice. They have breakfast in the morning and some grab and go food options for lunch or dinner but they are all a little pricey. Overall a great stay.

Room was clean and very comfortable

Even though I checked in with my reservation, my hilton honors number, my company cc, and my drivers license, I was checked in under the wrong reservation so when I was asleep undressed in the middle of the night another couple entered the room. Then rather than giving them another room and sorting it out in the morning I had to go dress, go down stairs, resubmit my cc for them to transfer my reservation to the room I was staying in. My first name is the same as the other guest's last name.

What a great stay. 11 out of 10. Staff great. Breakfast awesome. Room was perfect. Clean and spacious. I can’t dream how there could be a bettter experience anywhere. Price was great too. Shuttle to airport was great. Saves on uber.

I had very quick stay. Arrived as the bar and grill was opening (6pm), food was good. Grabbed a snack from the little store area at the front desk. The Crabtree and Evelyn products in the room smelled fantastic. Arranged for a 5am shuttle to the airport and they were on time.

woke early for coffee in room, mine had tea pods and one decaf pod for the machine. had to wait to go down and get reg coffee. asked staff good place to eat, she said just drive north you'll find something. I think it would be a good idea just to have a printout of local recommended places. all else was fine

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The addition I would add is a shuttle to the cruise port.

Stay was excellent and the stuff were friendly and accommodating for our early check-in after a long 11 hour drive.

Check in was pleasant. The room was clean. Parking was only $5 while most hotels charge $10+. I will stay again.
