It took 45 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. I had to call corporate to get them to call the desk clerk to come. Then she was EXTREMELY RUDE. The toilet seat in the room was not even attached to toilet. The room smelled like mildew. Black hairs in the tub

I think the building's hallways should be cleaner; otherwise, the room was clean and organized. Only one person was friendly—the one who assisted us when we checked out. Thank you.

drity bed old sheet ,need a new paint rust in the tub.The whole hotel needs to be repaired

Convenient location, easy to find and come back home to. Sometimes had to wait for front desk people. Not always there. Averill, good place. I'd come back to stay. Thanks

The room was dirty and I found two cockroaches on my bed . I went to the office and they didn’t want to give me another room until I left and nobody wanted to talk to me

The property wasn't clean, I had to change rooms because the TV didn't work in one room, the grounds wasn't maintained for cleanliness! No ice at the facilities, no cold drinking water. I think these places need to be inspected for living conditions monthly.

They kept giving my room away during the night

Booked a room then when me and my family got there, It wasn't no one to check us in the room. We sat for 30 minutes and no one still hasn't came. I had to find us another hotel. Im doing everything it take to receive my money back

I booked a 1-night stay. I waited 15+ minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk to check in after calling the property office. I was told to wait. When I checked in and proceeded to the room the door lock and card reader mechanism had been tampered with, was missing parts, and had been duct taped. I checked the restroom where I found the tub was filthy like it hadn’t been scrubbed in months. I immediately left and headed to the office. I informed Brianna of the unsafe conditions and she apologized. She stated I’d have to cancel with Expedia and if they contacted the property, she would assist with the refund. Expedia denied my refund and stated I needed to contact the property. Clearly no one is taking responsibility and the hotel has not answered the phone. $96.64!

The environment around.

Fui a recepción. Para que porfavor me cambiaran de habitación, fue imposible. Cancele la reservación al día siguiente. Y jamás devolvieron el dinero. Aparte que la atención en recepción es la peor. Deberían capacitar su personal para una mejor atencion. No recomiendo esta estancia en lo absoluto.

Staff is very friendly and professional Broke bathroom door, broken sink, broken toilet seat, feces stains on the bathroom wall, dirty tubs, roaches and gnats, hotel room smell did not go away, making it hard to breathe. And questionable overall cleanliness of bed sheets and pillows.

The location. The desk clerk appeared to have an attitude. My room smelled like smoke,the tub was dirty, and the lock latch on the door was broken. Also another customer complained of the dryer not working. I did not stay. When I asked for a receipt or proof that I didn't stay she said she could not provide it, and I had to wait until after checkout to get one, even though I did not stay.

Nothing. Room was not clean, bedding was not clean, there was a hole in the bathroom door. Room was hot

The administration at front desk! Lady…day shift. Kind, understanding, professional, hardworking and just upbeat

Non smoking room, had a light smoke smell, tub was stained, floor was stained, the good, location, bed was comfortable, a/c worked good, for price, I expected better...

MY ROOM GAD BUGS ON BOTH BEDS THE CLERK WORKING THE FRONT DESK TOOLS ME OR WAS THE LAST ROOM AVAILABLE I THEN JAG TO ASK FOR NEW SHEETS SHE HANDED ME A TRASH BAG AND RUDLY SAID NOBODY BUT ME WOULD BAG IT UP. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE HAD FROM A MOTEL !
