The place smells like urine. The staircase leading up to the bedroom was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. It looks like people have been urinating in every corner.

Please have all full working appliances, because my microwave didn’t work in one room I was moved to another room which the stove wasn’t working, incomplete bed linens because I was told me room has only one pillow and it’s the only room available…. No more pillows

Had a medical emergency went to the hospital came back to retrieve my property and staff had went through all my property and stole my 500$ scooter, with no explanation

I suffered a medical emergency and had to be taken to the hospital, upon my return to retrieve my property, everything had been went through and my 500$ scooter had been stolen

The inhumane unsanitary conditions. From the black mold in the shower and ceiling fan that sounded like a helicopter. From the floor to the ceiling filthy.

The hotel staff at the front desk was nice, but the lady who comes around with her clip board acting like she's doing something is rude and obnoxious. She was very very rude about the fact that I had a plant outside of the room and she threatened to throw it away, And was even yelling at me at one point. I won't name anyone on this app for pure sake it has no relevance but I've currently taken steps as to reporting her to the Better Business Bureau for being so unprofessional.
