Terrible stay. Room smells like mold and it feels very humid.

Good location close by things. The restaurant staff wasn’t very good and very selective with their service. Also the cleaners wasn’t very good I had to hawk them down every morning to clean my room or new towels

I must say that the staff really made me feel at home. There was a situation at the time of my check-in, they were more than accommodating. We had a challenge, they took care of it professionally and with courtesy. No attitude, and. Very professional. Room was great!

It was great stay

All mostly pros for me. Our stay was delightful for the children. They especially loved the heated pool. The staff were super friendly and courteous. Our shuttle bus driver went above and beyond for my children. The property is new. They have a pool table and a lovely lobby seating area. Definitely will return when I am back in the West Palm Beach area. Minor con; (One of the elevators didn’t work but that shouldn’t deter anyone.)

Bernie at the front desk was exceptional. I had to extend my stay and he made it easy and accommodating. Was kind and patient helping me with parking app too, which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely stay here again when using airport.

Great staff. Very nice room - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and thankfully comp’d for us.

The Hotel was exceptional in every aspect from the moment of arrival thru checkout. We had a myriad of questions related to extended parking and shuttle availability for pre-dawn departure and all were answered positively and gracefully by the concierge staff. The restaurant is small but the food was excellent and the service was equally great. Will definitely stay at this hotel again soon.
