Staff wasn’t very friendly, no batteries in the remote, I asked if they had a shuttle and no was the answer, could have at least given me more information on ways to get around. Took the shower over 15 minutes to just get warm, there was a phone in the room and it didn’t work, had to get on the elevator and go down to ask questions. I’m convinced that I’ll never stay at Marriott again!!!
