Poorly trained staff especially shuttle driver. But restaurant staff were very helpful!!

Booked last minute, my departure flight was cancelled because the flight crew staff “timed out”. The hotel was quiet and the airport shuttle was convenient. I did not use any of the amenities. The room furniture was a little worn out and outdated. Lovely lobby and friendly staff.

I thought the shower pressure was poor, but wife said it was okay. Shower rod leaned a bit so curtain didn’t stay up well. Spacious room and clean!! Copy bed. Great for one night before cruising.I

Nice room. Delicious food at the restaurant. And we had a very convenient surprise shuttle to the cruise port. A solution to a problem we had yet to solve!

Room was clean and staff was helpful.

I found breakfast was not included. I can't remember whether it said so on the website. When I asked where the nearest Starbucks was, I was told I would need to go downtown. A maneuver aimed at making me opt to eat breakfast at the hotel. My phone showed there was a Starbucks 6 minutes away. I was not impressed!

Rooms was nice. .

The room was okay it could have been cleaner or daily cleaning should have been better. Staff was great. Bar and dinning area was great too.

All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. They even gave us hot, freshly baked cookies twice—lol! I also loved their welcome drink with fresh fruit in it. The place was clean, and the best part was that you couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms. Overall, it was a great stay!

The concierge was amazing!

Customer service was great. We got in at 1 am our room smelled musty and had an air conditioner leak everywhere. Our tub flooded every time. However they compensated us with complimentary breakfast.
