Very bad hotel, I would never come back. I will not recommend. Staff is not friendly. Hotel is not well kept. I large deception to be carry a name Hilton.

The a/c was shutting off from time to time during the night and let the room warmed up before turning on again, making it very uncomfortable. Didn’t have much rest over night due to that issue

I really enjoyed my stay here! The guest services and amenities were awesome. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Kema at the front desk and Tony on the shuttle — they were both exceptionally kind and made me feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located near all the shopping stores, and the landscaping made the overall experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

The lobby was ok The staff was rude, they rushed me to checkout, I didn’t sleep all night due to the A/C unit making loud noise all night long, the waiter in the restaurant asked me the same question a million times and still got my order wrong and I had to wait over 1.5 hrs to get my salad and ended up not eating it bc it was too late by then! I threw it out. Gave me wrong sauce on the wings even tho I said it 4 times!

Nice friendly staff and clean. Furniture inside room a bit dated and not maintained as I would expect at a 4 star hotel. Experienced seeing a roach in the room and it was quickly reported. We were provided a key to another room expeditiously! Much appreciated.

The office staff were very friendly! We arrived early from the airport. The staff let us move into our room early. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious The person who drove the shuttle was so friendly.
