The staff across the board were lovely, the rooms clean and nice. I was on the airport side and could hear planes coming in but it wasn’t terrible nor did it shake the room. Happy hour at the bar is a fantastic bonus. Breakfast was above average in my experience. My only real complaint was the pool was being re-done during my stay and I didn’t see any indication of that during my booking or before arriving on site. Aside from that, a solid 4.5/5.

Staff there were amazing and helpful

this stay was probably the worst hotel i’ve booked. when i first got there i checked the bathroom which the door on the outside looks like a closest door , the tub has roaches and the sink had to ants. I asked for the room to be changed they did that no problem, later that night i came back ready to take a shower and the shower was CLOGGED the water drained so so so slow it was impossible to take a actual shower. Asked for room cleaning and to change the sheets they just came and made up the bed without putting new sheets on the bed as I requested. They advise free breakfast and free parking which was the MAIN reason for booking, neither option was free, which was a little disappointing. I had kinda high hopes because the double tree in ATL was GREAT but this one was the complete opposite. I honestly wouldn’t be staying here again.. cookies were good tho and the staff were friendly only positive thing i got from this experience

Refrigerator is really tiny, no microwave and the pool was out of service during our entire stay. Staff were nice and apologetic however this place could use a facelift. Clean, basic room. Location convenient just stay away from the roadside (I-95), super loud.

Staff friendliness depends on the time of day. It’s close to the airport but not downtown/restaurants.

The staff’s friendliness depended on the person greatly. Young lady with a beautiful complexion was wonderful along with Wendel and Tony. The others were bossy or had something negative going to say. It was easier to order an Uber rather than hassle with getting a hold of the shuttle. The pool was beautiful and our room was clean, nice as well.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Convenient location to the PBI airport. About an hour uber ride to Port Everglades. Food delivery goes straight to the room. The place was clean but just a little on the older side.

its a double tree

This particular Hilton you have to pay for parking which was about 13 a night even though I already paid over 100 for the room per night so wasn't super happy about that. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. Gets 4 stars because of having to pay for parking and the fact the entire place, other than our room, smells like it has water damage somewhere. Smells musty and like mildew or mold is in the carpets.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately we arrived just after the restaurant closed, but even close to midnight it was easy to find food within a 10 minute radius.

We decided to stay here for a last minute trip. The staff when checking in was friendly and helpful. The room was not immaculately clean but not too many issues initially. The toilet was very short and we even had issue with it overflowing. We only changed the door tag to allow a cleaning one day and they came in and took trash and took old towels but left the beds unmade. I’ve never had this happen at a hotel where the bed was left but everything else done. We requested a pack and play for our toddler and the quality of what we received was terrible. The sides easily fell down and the base was the wrong size (which is a hazard for babies). The other thing that is not accounted for before booking is that there is a fee per night for parking. That was not mentioned on the site for booking.

We were a bit surprised that we were charged for overnight parking.

We arrived at 1 pm and was told our room was ready but we would be charged $50 early check in fee. I have never been heard of this before. This turned me off from staying at this location again.

Now the reception area is very well taken care of, so it was very disappointing to see the conditions of the 6th floor, after I got off the elevator, and you could see and smell the poor upkeeps of the common areas. Carpet looked rather nasty, and walls were questionable.. but once I reached the room, started noticing definite signs of lack of cleanliness, such as hairs on the shower, and that humid smell from the carpet. I assumed it was probably due to the AC not being set to a cold temperature, so I lowered it to 68 degrees from 72, and hoped for the best… Even my wife started sneezing, having runny nose and watery eyes reaction after the second night… And the rest is history… Needless to say, I would definitely take my business elsewhere.

Cheap Old and needs to be updated

The free hot cookies and the brunch buffet.
-
Nothing ! The staff was rude and very disrespectful overall
-
give you a free cookie which has nuts in it. Nuts are one of the most common allergies in the world. Why couldn’t they just had plain chocolate chip cookie or sugar cookie? That’s so inconsiderate! And they don’t let you know to beware of the nuts in the cookie either.

Parking and breakfast where not complementary
