Hot tub out of order

Great staff. Pretty good room.

My stay here was okay.. staff were amazing but my room was not the best. I paid for a king suite which was beautiful at first.. until I realized the dust all over the night stands. So much that the previous guests left finger print trails in them. The bedside lamps had huge brown stains on the shades. The tub was blocked up. At first the water went down but the morning of checkout I was ankles deep in backed up tub water… I left and went to a family members house who was nearby in Wellington to take a proper shower. I travel quite often and this has probably been the first hotel I’ve gone to where there was NO hand soap in the bathroom. I used the body wash that I traveled with to wash my hands after using the bathroom. My gripes may seem minor to some, but for me I think I will put this hotel on my do not travel list going forward. Which sucks because like I said before the staff was extremely nice.

We had missed our original flight. We stayed here for one night and My Wife and I were very pleased. They had a shuttle that brought us right to the airport without a problem. There was a young lady named Rose, who helped us out a lot.

We liked it very much. All went well, however the showers should be upgraded

NEED ANOTHER BARTENDER ON A SAT DURING HAPPY HOUR. SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE. BUT JOLEE WAS WONDERFUL SHE WORKED HER BUTT OFF WITH A SMILE. SHE WAS VERY POLITE TO EVERYONE. POOL AREA NOT SAFE NONSLIP COAT WAS NOT PUT DOWN CORRECTLY. WE HAD SEVERAL ADULTS FALL OR ALMOST FALL ON THE WET POOL DECK. BUT LOVE THE HOTEL AND WILL RETURN. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, HAPPY HOUR GREA, OUR ROOM GREAT!! LOCATION GREAT. THANKS FOR A NICE TIME. KID FRIENDLY GREAT!

It’s was ok, rooms a little outdated, but we expected that based on other reviews. The best part was the balcony room overlooking the airport! Fun to watch!

Perfect, good breakfast, clean room and surroundings.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy this past weekend. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and hot. The rooms were spacious and the AC blew nice and cold. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty for gas stations, food options, and shopping centers. The only complaint I have is the pool being shut down due to contamination. While I understand that was out of their control, they could have accommodated us by letting us swim at one of their sister properties. Overall, I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were not ready at check in. Front desk person was not helpful. Amenities were nice. Breakfast was great!

Book this as a family stay before a cruise and book this venue because if your reputation. The website should have beeen updated to say THE POOL IS CLOSED IN JUNE…. The reception is just nachos .. the carpet had old puke on it. The elevator was full of water from the aircon. Hallway was flooded on the ninth floor! Our room carpet was soaked and the room smelled like bleach… I’m so disappointed in your venue…. Never again I have pictures of eveything. This was a healing for our family that has had two tragic deaths within 3 weeks of each other… thanks for the awful experience

Great location

Service was great, Room was great but no pool for whole week- 6/19-6/26. Might still be closed. Was told on Sunday, probably by Thursday, weather permitted. Sunny all week, not 1 worker out there all week. Was still closed when we checked out yesterday. If looking for a hotel w/pool, would look elsewhere for near future.

The staff was terrible. They didn’t clean the rooms. The pool was closed and no notification when checking in or updates. The blinds did not cover the lights and the room was bright at night, which is a bad mix with kids.

Staff was patient pleasant and efficient

I love the room it was big nice and clean I didn’t like the fact that our room was canceled for Thursday we travel 12 hours and thought that when we got there we could check in and go to the room and relax but instead we have to wait until Friday evening after a long 12 hours ride to check in I was very disappointed because it said pay at property
