Everything, clean, comfortable. Loved the restaurant and breakfast was great!!! The hot tub was being repaired but look forward to using it next time

Two young ladies working the front desk was very friendly and talkative, definitely made the experience so much better. I was woken up at 6am to someone trying to get into my room and then it proceeded to happen 2 more time through the early morning. Did not feel safe sleeping there and left as soon as I could. Security didn’t seem to do a whole lot to make sure everything was okay.

Do not rely on the “free airport shuttle”, as I waited 45 minutes for one and had an Uber take me instead at 8:25. Shuttle is supposed to come by every 30 minutes on the hour, but like I said, only take it if you have plenty of time to get to the airport. Last advice: while breakfast is included, good luck with it after 8:00 AM. The lines were enormous and there were not enough seats to accommodate the guests trying to have breakfast. The wait staff were excellent, though.

It was not fancy, but it was just right for us. People were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, shower was fantastic. Only slight complaint: oatmeal was barely warm.

Loved my room Nothing to report
-
The location, dinning area and entry is beautiful!. The ice maker was non-functional, and we experienced significant difficulty with our room door, struggling both to gain entry and to exit, which necessitated contacting the front desk for assistance..
