Desk Staff wasn’t that friendly there was mold in the shower and the microwave didn’t work.

Very friendly and excellent staff! Would definitely stay here again! Television.

Arrived late so I appreciated the airport shuttle service being available. Very nice room and friendly staff. Good selection for breakfast too. I needed a place to stay overnight so my friend could pick me up in the morning, and this hotel worked out perfectly

Disappointing compared to other Home2 properties. Dirty floors, moldy bathroom, balky tv.

The room is very neat and clean@!

the room size and location the fridge/freezer didn't work. the bathroom sink was blocked with loads of hair...disgusting...and wouldn't unblock.

It was clean property. But staff never smiled or acknowledge you. Most horrible breakfast. I ate two times and rest 12 days I ate out.

Great proximity to the airport, rooms are very nice especially if you need one for cooking and living in for any extended time frame basically have a full kitchen, a couch a TV everything you could need. The staff was very nice and helpful. Recommend.

todo bn siempe q viajo me hospedo hay peroen este viaje cmbio en menos d dos meses ya que ahora cobren 10 dollares por parking por lo q lo encontre injusto para las personas que nos hospedamos hay y que no tene donde mas ir afuera a parquear solo por q hay unlugar alfrente que van otras personas a pasara bn y utilizan el parking de la propiedad nosotros cm clientes no tenemos la culpa pienso que podrian hacer cm en otros hoteles y dar unpermiso de parking por ahora cada vez que viaje buscare otras mejores obciones para hospedarme

I found a roach in the bathroom. Hair around the sink when we checked in. I was given a wheelchair accessible room. The shower seat was not in the greatest condition. The screws that anchor the seat into place was loose. When you lowered the seat, the screws pulled on the wall. I was unable to open the first window shade due to the fact that the remote to raise the shade was missing and wire to give it power was missing. The couch that was in the room had some dirty, sticky armrest. At breakfast, there was a lady cleaning the tables, the counter where the food was at and then cleaned the lid of the garage can with the same rag. I picked this hotel because my wife suffers from alergies and they did not have rugs, which was a plus. I don't think I will be going to this hotel again.

We liked everything very much but the breakfast facility. We're Hilton members and usually stay at Hampton, but it worked out that Home2 was more convenient, so we tried it. Loved it. Will stay at this chain again. See below for what our rating was not a 10. Complimentary breakfast. The food was fine. (Typical hotel complimentary breakfast.) However, the self serve counters and sitting area tables were NOT okay. Very different from every other aspect of your hotel. We ate around 8:45 am and the food area was a mess. While it was slightly busy, it was not so busy or crowded that workers didn't have time to clean. It appeared no one was cleaning the counters. Dropped food on counters and floor, waffle mix everywhere! around the 2 waffle irons, coffee counter was wet from drips and spills and a couple of condiment containers were empty (and did not get filled during our 45 min breakfast time), ran out of regular coffee and took 15 min to replace. Another example, serving tongs for fried eggs was a joke...they cut through the egg and people were frustrated. The line was backed up because people took forever to get their egg! Such a simple fix...use a spatula, not tongs! So fix this problem and you'll be a 9 or 10 for the value.
