Best Western Palm Beach Lakes

Room was very nice, pool was clean and kept up, breakfast was great (better than other included breakfasts). Staff was helpful. If I'm in the area, I will stay there again.

Was given a room that had cockroaches . Had to leave within 40 minutes of arriving

Despite it being a throwback to 1960, it was clean and comfortable. The courtyard with the pool was quaint and was being utilized by many guests. There was a large group with several kids having a pool party the night we were there. My husband got to use the pool...I did not. It looked like fun, but was too tired to bother. There was outdoor barbecues and large lawn games like a giant chess and giant Connect Four game. Breakfast was ok. Typical fare. Nothing to brag about. Overall, when I am able to return to Palm Beach for a decent hotel at a decent price, I'd come back to this one.

I love almost everything about it. What I dint like will not keep me from going back. Breakfast I just wouldn’t call it a full breakfast it was just like any other place advertising continental. Parts of the dad water pressure was low. Everything else about this place was excellent especially my check in young lady but I can’t remember her name

Very convenient to most places.

Fix the little hindges in the property like locks and plumbing pipes smelled like old plumbing. Staff maintained area clean and housekeeping was on pointe. Everything else was great and a bigger area for breakfast. One idea I would recommend is waffle maker not only a pancake maker.

Best Western is a great place to stay, not only the rooms are nice and clean but they offer delicious breakfast and good customer service.

The room was never mopped the floor was dirty. My bathroom was never swept or mopped. There was hair already in the tub and on the bathroom floor. The hair dryer had cracks in it so I never used it but needed to . The shower curtain was to small and had rips in it at the top.

The check in felt rush even though I was the only one. The property is in a great location and that about the only good thing and the fact that instead of carper they have floor. House keeping open my door at 10am after i yelp no when they knock, check out is a 12 and I was there for 1 night so i am not sure why they did that. They bathroom is as old as you can imagine and looks no so clean so i will go back to the hilton next doos

Old facility from the 1960s or 1979s. It's been updated with modern amenities and feel. The king suite room is very big. There is musty mildew smells in various areas. Most rooms are accessed directly from outside. Staff is friendly. A bit overpriced for what you get but they try to put on a good image.

Although the hotel is old, they have done a good job of updating the lobby and the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast that was included was very nice.. We will stay again if we are in the area.

we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the facility was. breakfast was good, and considering we had to leave early fo graduation, thrilled that it opened so early! everything was just a very nice experience!
