Hilton Palm Beach PBI

Location

Every thing was so clean and nice

The manager would not return phone call requests to assist me with a major issue I had. Would not recommend staying here

Place was crowded with some sort of conventions

Good place id do it again

Exceptional

We were excessively impressed with this hotel, the foyer was immaculate and the front desk welcoming and friendly. The room was modern very spacious with great mattress and shower. The pool area is simply gorgeous with everything you need. The pool tiki bar staff Don and Jai were super awesome. 10/10 highly recommend

Very good

Great attention to detail, love the early morning coffee and the nicest staff!!!

Customer service was good

The public areas of the hotel were very nice. The hotel was being renovated and you could hear banging all day long. The room it self was fine minus the noise. We had to bed for towels as they only replenished bath towels.

Ideal location for the airport although you can hear the plane!! Has a nice pool and gym. Rooms were clean and a reasonable size. Breakfast was basic although perfectly adequate and there is the option to have a paid breakfast if you want more

The hotel was clean but very outdated.

Amazing property and service ! Had a surprise and card to greet at the room

The hotel needs lots of upgrades and better staff. The ac was in our room was very loud. You can hear everything from the other rooms and people walking down the all. Our security latch on our bedroom door was broken, so we couldn't use it. The front desk staff was not very helpful and a couple of times I waited with nobody there to assist as they were all in the back office. The cleaners never cleaned our room, and I had to ask the front desk. After they cleaned, they never picked up a plate from a dessert that was given to use a welcome by the hotel and the rest of the trash. The bellman were very nice and helpful. The hotel is well located but you will need a car to move around. Overall our stay was good but the hotel needs lots of improvement.

Great

Everything was top notch. Staff was very helpful

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff and the service was amazing, everything was clean and everyone welcomed you with a smile and are happy to help with anything you may need. We had the pleasure of meeting Jai who did nothing but provide an incredible service, amazing drinks / advice and was simply herself🌸

It was a great experience

Great Italian restaurant on property.
