Great staff and car service from airport. Friendly staff

Decent room For the price. Comfy bedding and cool rooms, nice tv and view of the lake. Only issues were that the bathrooms basic/older style. Also a continuous noise of doors opening and closing all night. It was 3am and constant noise from maybe the a/c? plus neighboring guests

Love the pool bar friendly server like brian,don,jade made we felt comfortable to stay and have a few drinks with pizza keep it up guys We did not like when we arrive we were a little earlier driving from Orlando we were told that room is not ready it was about 2.30 pm and we had to sit and wait around till 3.45 pm we felt the room should always be ready also no king bed which we booked were told we had to wait till one is available very bad check in staff is not friendly at all

As a long time honors member I still booked with Expedia because they were 20% less. What I got was an indifferent check in, I mentioned I was a Honors member and the response was basically "we don't care". Our room was set on the 6th floor, which looked like a crime scene with virtually most the rooms under reconstruction- thus lots of noise into the night. My breakfast as a 50% all based food temps - cold roasted potatoes, cold bacon, cold toast. Eggs good, both our dishes and my sausage, this the 50% score. When asking for jam, we were told that was a DIY for service and to go get it at the continental spread. The previous night dinner was great at the Osteria by Capri was terrific. Chef Joey does Italian right! This was my hotel experience. My Expedia experience was disappointing, as I tried very early after making the reservation (within 1 day) to change my reservation by 1 day. Expedia said they would contact me with in 48 hours, as they could not reach a manager to approve the change (keep in mind I was going to be sent to the would be "crime scene floor or rooms"). They never contacted me. I did not want to go back through the call waiting process I had previously experienced. Sorry, not so good this time.

Staff was accommodating, personable. Had to wait a little for the room, but was very busy. I highly recommend the Hilton West Palm Beach, PBI.

Toilet broken in one room , tub drain didn’t work in another one , all out of my control and management wouldn’t make it right, never again

A positive experience, would stay again. Great convenient location to WPB and PB.

Good place to stay, close to freeways..seems a little dated looks like they are upgrading, down stairs lobby looks great!

Everything at the hotel exceeded my expectations! The welcome we received was great, the complimentary treats and welcome card inside the room were a total surprise, and the outdoor activities and view were amazing! 10/10.**

The free airport shuttle was fantastic, not a big fan of the cleaning lady coming around in the morning and asking when I plan to leave as check out wasn’t till 11. Pool and common areas look fantastic onsite food was great but not any menus for room service in or around the rooms. Construction/ renovations are underway on some floors apparently you could definitely hear it in the morning, elevators are a tad bit sketchy aswell. Overall a good place to catch a nice rest.
