Hilton Palm Beach PBI

Limited food choices. Room was very dated, needed to be refreshed. An old and tired hotel.

Had a great stay but the one damper is the continental breakfast. We called down to the front desk in the morning and asked if it was included in our stay to which we were told yes it was. So we went downstairs were greeted by someone when we walked in and sat ourselves and made a plate. We were never asked anything about it being included upon walking in. Then when we were already sat down eating a woman approached us and asked if it was included in our stay to which we said yes we spoke with the front desk this morning and they said it was. She then asked for our room number said okay and walked away. We kept eating and then she came back and said just so you know for future reference I asked the front desk and it's not included. We were shocked and related we were told this morning it was, she then replied with weird wording and said but don't worry I'll well just mark down for pastries. Never explicitly mentioned we would be charged for it and she walked away and we were left confused. One because we were told it was included and then two because she said " mark you down". Anyways we left because we had to hurry for our golf round. The pastries were so bad super stale and dry we didn't even finish them and as we were walking out she came and handed us a check to our surprise. It was super uncomfortable and caught us by surprise and

Property was great very well placed you are closed to everything and very well maintained staff were very helpful and courteous thank you guys

Everything held up to the Hilton standards.

The room was big and comfortable and very welcoming with a free desert in the refrigerator

we just stay but didn't use the restaurant, i only can gave you room comfort and I'm very please with it

It was a good experience I will definitely will go back again and enjoy the restaurant and the amenities

Decent room For the price. Comfy bedding and cool rooms, nice tv and view of the lake. Only issues were that the bathrooms basic/older style. Also a continuous noise of doors opening and closing all night. It was 3am and constant noise from maybe the a/c? plus neighboring guests

As a long time honors member I still booked with Expedia because they were 20% less. What I got was an indifferent check in, I mentioned I was a Honors member and the response was basically "we don't care". Our room was set on the 6th floor, which looked like a crime scene with virtually most the rooms under reconstruction- thus lots of noise into the night. My breakfast as a 50% all based food temps - cold roasted potatoes, cold bacon, cold toast. Eggs good, both our dishes and my sausage, this the 50% score. When asking for jam, we were told that was a DIY for service and to go get it at the continental spread. The previous night dinner was great at the Osteria by Capri was terrific. Chef Joey does Italian right! This was my hotel experience. My Expedia experience was disappointing, as I tried very early after making the reservation (within 1 day) to change my reservation by 1 day. Expedia said they would contact me with in 48 hours, as they could not reach a manager to approve the change (keep in mind I was going to be sent to the would be "crime scene floor or rooms"). They never contacted me. I did not want to go back through the call waiting process I had previously experienced. Sorry, not so good this time.

Staff was accommodating, personable. Had to wait a little for the room, but was very busy. I highly recommend the Hilton West Palm Beach, PBI.

Toilet broken in one room , tub drain didn’t work in another one , all out of my control and management wouldn’t make it right, never again
