Marriott's Ocean Pointe

Staff was amazing, we had anything we needed at just a text away. Beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. Would stay here again

We had a great stay here, we rented the 2 Bedroom Villa oceanfront and it was an amazing room. We will definitely be staying here again.

We didn't stay long enough to experience many of the amenities, including any of the scheduled events around the property, but I appreciate cleanliness, quiet, and help of all the staff.

It was clean very spacious easy access to everything When I booked, I booked for ocean front but my villa was on the first floor so I could only see the trees but I extended my stay and got another room and management gave me a credit and a beautiful ocean front view and a bottle of wine so I left happy. I will visit again. I was celebrating my birthday

Absolutely love this property! Have stayed here 4 times now and it gets better each time! My 1 year old love the splash pad / pools. Cannot wait to be back!

Bathtub is very small definitely was not a soaking tub as stated in the ad on Expedia

The villa was 860 ft2, price very reasonable, view of inlet and ocean, well appointed and could use my Netflix. We’ll be back.

Place was extremely clean, ceiling fan didn’t work, and water in the tub was yellow. But over all a really nice resort.

I never write reviews but this Marriott needs a wake up call! Asked if rooms could be close together3weeks ahead, I booked three rooms for two nights , when we arrived 1 was on the 2nd floor,one on the 4 th and one on the 7 th floor! If that’s close together , I’m not sure what far apart means to them! No towel change, they do not clean or tidy the rooms, but they should atleast ask if more towels are needed! Expected more from a Marriott. Staff talk about you as soon as there’s a problem. Housekeeping only cleans when you leave, but congregate at the elevators speaking foreign languages.There was no flooring in one of the elevators and had foiled walls like u see when something is under construction… no signage stating why it was like that! Sam from the restaurant on the Rocks was GREAT, the only staff member that really went out of his way👏. The property is situated in close proximity to the beach, pools are nice. The property has the potential to be great but lacks good management/leadership.
