Clean room, nice kitchen, and friendly staff
-
Huge places, could literally stay multiple days without ever leaving the resort.

We had a great time, the beach had some seaweed due to the time of year. However there was so much to do it didn’t bother us! Great pool, hot tub and activities to keep everyone busy.

Very enjoyable stay. I would definitely return.

We went with our 4 kids and had an Amazing time…. The resort is BEAUTIFUL and so much to do. Definitely recommend and I hardly leave reviews but this resort is worth recommending!

this property is difficult to rate. It turned out to be a vacation club and when I looked back, I guess it kind of mentioned that in the picture, but it wasn’t really clear so we were expecting a Marriott resort which often has vacation club properties with them. So it wasn’t what I had in mind having said that the service was nice. Check-in was a nightmare, but everything else was OK. The problem is like the bar wasn’t open past eight or nine it just wasn’t what we were looking for.

On the beach clean nice pools near yhe marina.
-
It was clean, the ocean was beautiful There was a constant hum that came from the pool
-
It wasn't quite what we expected; we were looking for a place for entertainment and relaxation. However, check-in is very late—at 4 PM—and the pool closes at 6 PM. By the time we finished checking in and got to our room, they were already closing the pool. I was a bit disappointed that our stay ended up being just for sleeping.

The Ocean View was so beautiful, lots of sea shells on the beach! No seaweed in the water. Many pools too choose from. Great drinks, friendly staff everywhere we went. Rooms where great, modern, clean, well equipped. Will come againn!
-
The only problem we had was the pump bottles with the body wash and shampoo in the shower really didn’t work that well.
-
The staff, they are always in good mood to help you in everything that you need

Nice pools and nice property

We arrived early and the room was ready so that was great. The room appeared clean although we found a pill on the floor. I paid for oceanfront so that we could see sunrise and the beach. It was not. I chose this location because we were bringing my grandchildren that were very young. They put us in a building farther away than the actual resort grounds were they had all the fun amenities. Truly disappointed and when I voiced my concern I was told “well that’s what it is”. You can walk the sidewalk near the road or beach to get there, which we did but we had to carry the kids and it was too hard so we couldn’t go back. I tried to speak with the manager during the stay and was left on hold more than a reasonable amount of time with no answer. There was a small pool at our building however no breeze could come through. There was a bar with very obnoxious bartender and it was not kid friendly. We have gone there over 20 years.

The facility is dated and tired. When trying to add Bonvoy number to my reservation over the phone with the front desk, I was on hold for an extended time and finally gave up and hung up. Not worth the cost. On a good note, sheets were soft and great pillows.

Go somewhere else. Bathrooms still have an old style and the carpet in the room smells. I was really upset because I their pools were shut down. So basically I paid for amenities I had no access to. They sold out the chairs rentals for the beach. It was awful.
-
Fantastic resort. Great beach access. Top of the line pools, hot tubs, bars, and restaurants. Fun games for the kids; mini golf, pool, ping pong, arts and crafts, etc. My family loved this place.

Expedia does not explain that this hotel is not a hotel, but it is actually a vacation property which if I had known I wont have booked it. Parking space too narrow. Very hard to find parking. The next day I called Expedia to cancel the reservation and issue me a refund for the other nights, I was told that I would get a refund for $1321.16. I am still waiting for the refund. I called Expedia several times and every time as told that I would the refund. the property is okay if you like rental properties, I do not. My husband went there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and wanted a nice hotel on the beach, definitely not a rental property.

We felt safe and will be returning next time with the kids!
