Great Value Inn

The rooms were horrible.. our room which was supposed to have a “futon” was mini couch covered in dog hair, the room smelled of cigarettes even though the man at the front desk said it was a smoke free and pet free room. he said the hair was from a vacuum like we were dumb and then refused to give us a refund after they didn’t have any other accommodation for us.

Amazing staff, awesome internet to play games and Netflix, parking also front of the room

Kitchen room are big with sofa bed. Parking Is plus٫ empty lot helped me to park truck.

They offered Free Coffee in the room. At front desk Patel was absolutely amazing, I was down in my luck and he had worked with me and my family to ensure we got in safely, not only did he help us find a room with exceptional service he also talked to us as people instead of another customer, I will be coming back here in the future 10/10!!! Street and area is shady but clean large room and location is perfect

Doesn't understand meaning of privacy

Very nice room, effective air conditioning and friendly staff. Only one complaint - the bathroom and shower have no shelf space for soap, etc. in the shower making you juggle the soap and shampoo. And no space around the sink for other supplies.

Had thugs posted outside my door most of the night some random lady's ruck her head thru my door while I was talking to the manager place is very ghetto left at 3 am didn't feel safe

No breakfast that I knew of. Pretty much everything. No security chain. Paint on everything. TV didn’t work. Entry card didn’t work. Had to do over. Ugly gross dirty looking grout everywhere. Overflowing dumpster in the parking lot.

Room wasnt clean and needs renovations

I liked the fact that they didn’t have a deposit fee, and the ID Channel on the TV. I also liked that there was a microwave and mini fridge that was super cold. The front desk agent who checked me in tried to charge me for $100, when I said it was supposed to be only $84, she said let me look, and charged me the 84.00. The outlets didn’t really work, but I finally manipulated the plug to charge my phone. Also there’s was an outlet in the bathroom, but it was on the wall behind you as you’re facing the sink. The worst part was the shower. It was hard to get to the temperature I liked, and then, the handle came off! I was able to get it back on though.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast there, but I’m sure it was delicious. Next time I stay, I’ll definitely make sure to give it a try. The location itself was quite nice. Honestly, I liked everything about my stay. The Great Value Inn & Suites provided a wonderful experience, and I was genuinely happy with it. I’m already planning to return soon.
