I liked the fact that they didn’t have a deposit fee, and the ID Channel on the TV. I also liked that there was a microwave and mini fridge that was super cold. The front desk agent who checked me in tried to charge me for $100, when I said it was supposed to be only $84, she said let me look, and charged me the 84.00. The outlets didn’t really work, but I finally manipulated the plug to charge my phone. Also there’s was an outlet in the bathroom, but it was on the wall behind you as you’re facing the sink. The worst part was the shower. It was hard to get to the temperature I liked, and then, the handle came off! I was able to get it back on though.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast there, but I’m sure it was delicious. Next time I stay, I’ll definitely make sure to give it a try. The location itself was quite nice. Honestly, I liked everything about my stay. The Great Value Inn & Suites provided a wonderful experience, and I was genuinely happy with it. I’m already planning to return soon.

Two young people on reception were nice! Everything! Like some other review said - it was worst motel we have ever stayed! Very dirty, stains everywhere- towels , furniture walks, bed. Absolutely disgusting!

The night clerk was very accommodating and allowed us to switch rooms multiple times until we found one that was somewhat cleaner than the others It was disgusting nothing was clean including the bedding there was makeup on the pillows bodily fluid stains on the sheets some of the rooms have sheets up for curtains the walls are thin and there’s a lot of activity throughout the night slamming doors it sounds like someone is in your room with you there were strange stains on the walls floors doors and bedding/ furniture dirty towels the bed was broken IT WAS THE WORST MOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN ! There are more photos I didn’t think the disgusting conditions there were even legal in California I feel like booking.com owes me a refund

The only positive part of the experience was that the owners/staff at the front desk were nice. Not at all like the images. Everything was dirty and clearly not fixed up anytime recently. Mattress sheets were dirty and heavily stained. Even the walls had sweat or body oil stains above the bed. Easily the worst hotel room I've walked into. And im typically a budget traveler, but its always worked out better than this. I was in the room for all of 3 minutes trying to convince myself it would be good enough before saying F this im getting out of here. I realized 10 minutes after leaving I should have taken photos to get the proof but... at that point i just wanted to get away. Found another hotel 15 minute drive away that ended up costing me $30 more, but was 10x as nice. I learned my lesson with this one...

No good electrical outlets besides one in the bathroom. Old bathroom but still nice. Needs a laundry room.

Friendly staff. Had no blanket, no coat hangers, cold ceramic tile floor, no throw rug, no glasses, beat to hell refrigerator we didn't need, sink immediately overflowed, bedside lamp did not work because cord did not reach outlet, noisy neighbors all night, room above kept dropping heavy object, people in parking lot doing "business". Needs inspection by check-off list before renting and a maintenance man. Promised rebate, never given. I want a refund.

Sketch location, disgusting rooms. So bad we could not even enter them. No refund on reservation made an hour earlier. Phony customer service number to a flight reservation service.
-
Minimalist room, the necessary was there. That’s what I needed. Clean room, everything works good. Parking in front of the room. They offer weekly formulas that I found very affordable ?? Just another mirror in the room would have been perfect
