Got an extremely decent price for a room at the last minute on Memorial Day weekend Location wasn't the best

Our blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. We had to request a new one. There was trash left in the room: under the bed, in drawers and fridge, used gum stuck to the headboard. There were also roaches in the bathroom. There were people yelling at all hours.

They were racist and didn't let me stay at all and took my money

The place isn’t the best hotel out there, but it doesn’t require a deposit and it’s pretty decently clean The power was out for about two hours

Location was good When I booked online it said checkout was at 1130 but when I got there to get the room they insisted checkout was at 11. Then they gave me room with only a shower so I immediately went back to the front desk to ask for a room with a bath and they acted like I did something wrong in the first room they gave me! Even followed me back to the room to assure themselves that I didn't do anything to the room. The room was hot as hell when I first got in! Took an hour just to cool the room down. Couldn't open the windows because of some wooden blinders they had instead of curtains. The fridge sucked.... Never got our drinks cold. The end tables were horrible. Looked like they came from the thrift store. When we were leaving, which was early (at like 9am), the Manager was standing by our room and staring at us! Watching our every move as if we had already done something wrong!! I threw garbage in the dumpster and the manager went through our garbage to see what we threw away ? Then, just before we were packed up and ready to leave we were accosted by a homeless woman on a bicycle trying to sell us dumper items! Also, I gave the hotel key to the Manger before we drove away and he hurried into the room to see if he could find anything wrong inside the room! Unbelievable

The staff is friendly Roaches, tvs that don’t work, there facilities have very minimal hot water, and they have shutoffs of there water supplies constantly so I can’t always shower or let alone wash my hands when I want to

No breakfast. Sketchy neighborhood. Colorful tenants. But cheap - and that's what I was after. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the towel and soap were on the floor (no other place to put them!) the dresser, lampshade, and header of the bed all had phrases carved in...

Price The roaches, loud bed noises, and ruckus outside that has me worried about my car

The bed was very comfortable and location was close and walking distance to all we needed to do. Air conditioning worked well. The room was dirty and there were no ‘real’ utilities. No jug to boil water, plates, cups. Knifes or forks etc no coffee or such either. We had to ask for fresh towels The floor and bathroom needed a good scrub. Hot water took a good five minutes or more to come through on shower. There were many transients and homeless begging just outside motel but did not give any bother. Neighbourhood business owners are very rude.

I went to office and told them we were leaving, not staying in a room with nasty bugs. The guy told me he would go in and spray room and it would be good, like I would want to stay in the room after that. They would not refund me, so my daughter and I drove back home ( hour drive) , and stayed in our own roach free homes and then drove back down the next day to the venue we were attending. The red flag was the guy sleeping in the dumpster right across from our room..good times.

Nothing. The owner acted rude and inpatient. The place was uncomfortable and needed a lot of maintenance work.

Price Baby Cockroaches Very Prevalent

I've been going here for awhile now and I've always had great customer service and experience. Plus I get to pay in cash and without a deposit. Some of the people in the area weren't the greatest.

Cheap, clean enough Area not that safe (homeless guy knocked on our door asking for soap), bathroom has no door, not enough soap (couldn't spare any to the homeless guy)

Motel owner said there was no room for us - said Booking.com had over-booked the reservations for Oct 6th, 2023.
