The staff were super helpful. Even provided pack and play for us.

This hotel is very run down it needs many upgrades. You have to pay for parking and the breakfast wasn’t what they advertised. Wouldn’t stay here again. It’s right next to the homeless camps. Very sketchy area

Loved the hotel. The hotel, the staff, the breakfast. Everything was great. The only downside is the neighborhood it's in but that's the city's fault not the hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with plenty of plugs for charging electronic devices. There is a charge for parking, so make sure to scan the QR code in the parking lot for each day of your stay. I would have liked to see more fruit items in the breakfast bar.

A very nice breakfast with coffee bar. Clean rooms with a nice freezer. Great staff assistance with any problems or needing extra Pillows, towels and shampoo etc. Close to Sutter Health Park for A’s Baseball or Sacramento River Cats Baseball.

Great hotel in very convenient location. Breakfast was great. Staff left a bit to be desired as the lady at the front desk barely acknowledged me after talking on the phone nearly 10 minutes as I waited to check in. The lobby was out of all coffee when I came for breakfast and my room had no shampoo or conditioner. The hotel was great. The staff not so much.

It was clean

I’ve stayed here before and had such a great experience. But this time was completely different . Staff was just not friendly at all. Such a long wait to check in and only one person checking people in. The pull out had had old linen with hair on it. Also room reserve did not come to clean out room once in a 2 day stay. They told us to leave the trash in the hallway. Front desk also told us that room service leaves after 5 so we would have to come to the front desk to get items we needed, when we heard vacuuming on the room above us. It was just awful I don’t know what happened from the couple months I’ve been there but it was terrible.

The staff was extremely friendly. And we had gone out to see the Red Sox play the athletics and the hotel is just slightly over a half a mile to the ball park, which was a very easy flat walk.

Stayed there for an Athletics game. Very convenient, good space and great breakfast.

Close to the ballpark which was my intended purpose of my stay . Area was quiet for the most part . Check in was fast and staff were helpful

I liked it more than the other nearby place but I could hear people walking along the hallway, would stay again if there were issues trying another place

Went to see a baseball game and it was a 12 min walk. When I arrived at 4pm no rooms were cleaned and available for me, however after 15 min 1 room was cleaned and given. Breakfast was fair. Room was clean. All staff members were very nice.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice to have breakfast option on site, 24/7 coffee and tea, and having a kitchen in the room was convenient. Room was clean and was perfect for my mom and I to spend one night visiting family in Sacramento. Short drive to old town Sac and conveniently located next to a bowling alley and the freeway. Overall great stay.

The accommodations were impeccably clean and remarkably spacious, and the swimming pool facilities were exceptional. The breakfast provided an excellent value proposition. Furthermore, the location offers convenient access to both downtown Sacramento and Old Sacramento.

I am very unhappy with the staff. They attempted to force their way into my room close to midnight claiming that I did not belong there! I woke up terrified and one of the staff members was very accusatory and rude. I had to go to the front desk show my reservations and paid information. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep that night. I would not recommend this hotel.
