I love that the room has a small kitchen section. Fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and they provide silverware.

We arrived earlier than we anticipated and the staff were friendly and helpful despite our room not being ready yet. They checked in our bags and informed us that we could use the amenities if needed. HE also checked in with us again while we were waiting. This seemed very attentive and we appreciated the care and notice. He also set us up with WiFi and before we knew it our room was ready. We had an excellent stay as our room was clean, nice, comfortable, quiet, with a fully functioning AC, and a mini kitchen that was super convenient! If we end up going to another A’s game next season, we would likely return.

When I reported this, I was told the hotel was short-staffed. While I understand staffing challenges, going 10 days without basic housekeeping was unacceptable. The area surrounding the hotel also felt uncomfortable, with many homeless individuals nearby, making it unpleasant to walk around. Although the front desk staff was courteous, the lack of housekeeping and the surrounding environment negatively affected my overall experience.

This was a reasonably priced hotel, conveniently located to downtown. The room was large and bed was comfortable. It was smartly decorated. The only downside was outdoor paid parking in an area that should either have free parking (there was plenty) or covered, or gated parking since the neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Room was perfect and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was always stocked and fresh and had good selection.

Easy access from highway. Your breakfast was not good at all.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The parking situation was especially frustrating. The hotel has approximately 120 rooms but only about 90 parking spaces. We were four people staying in two rooms with one car, and we paid the parking fee at check-in. However, when we returned from dinner, there were no parking spaces available. We had to park on the street about a 10-minute walk from the hotel because parking is not allowed on the nearby streets. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. There was a significant amount of hair in both the sink and the bathroom, indicating that they had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. If a hotel charges guests for parking, paying guests should reasonably expect parking to be available. Basic bathroom cleanliness should also be a given. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Close to Sutter Health Park for the Mariners game Checked in 1.5 hours after check in and was told our room was not ready. One light switch controls all the outlets but not marked as such. Have to pay a 3rd party for onsite parking. Got charged more than booking.com said.

Exceptional

Love the hotel and staff. There were a couple of things that the staff needed to take care of and they did it with a smile. Great customer service

Only one elevator was available because another one was under repair, which resulted in relatively long wait time. There was no hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk and the staff on duty replied that he would deliver on to our room soon. He was nice ad kind but it took a very long time.

The room was really big with all the appliances of a home

Parking is the only problem with this location

Location was nice for A's game. Bed sheets had not been changed from previous occupant, which is a health and safety issue as you can imagine. Empty nose-tissue dispenser. Only half a roll of toilet paper.

If you're going to an Athletics game, this is a great place to stay. It's a 10-15 minute walk from their stadium. It's also close enough to walk to Old Sacramento. The waffle machine is a standard at American hotel breakfast, and we liked it. They also had small cheese omelets and sausage. The guy at the desk was friendly and helped with our inept use of the mandatory parking app. You have to pay for parking AND you have to pay a service fee for parking even though the lot is just a standard motel lot around the hotel. It's not separate at all but they treat it separately. Moreover, you can't just add parking to your bill. You have to use a QR code and pay via an app.
