The rooms are perfectly designed. Full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, roll around desk, sliding black out blinds, bathroom night lights and quiet air conditioners. I travel a lot and find the rooms and set up perfect for my needs. Staff was casual and professional. I did not have the breakfast as my departure was before they open. Great small hotel in an older part of town. Definitely stay there again when visiting Sacramento. Perfect rooms.

The room was clean and most importantly, the bed was comfortable. The property was new and well maintained. Driving to the hotel was a bit confusing, and seeing homeless/unhoused close to the hotel caused me to ponder the safety of myself and my vehicle, but the property was secure. There is a daily cost for parking which can be completed at check-in. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food and the option of actual dishes, cutlery, and glassware instead of only disposable, which I appreciated. Nice place! Close go OT Sacramento.

Easy early check in and friendly staff. Great breakfast offering and 24/7 coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

The girl working the night shift has opportunities to have better customer service. She needs to do better. I understand we don’t all have good days, but never pass whatever you are going through with the people you serve for a living. Maybe she was bothered that I asked her for more tea cups. They were literally all gone. It could be that whomever had the shift before did not have a chance to and it landed on her. I don’t know. I guess we were standing to close for her comfort and did not ask us to move back in the best way she should have. It was somewhat rude. Again opportunities for teaching staff how to communicate with guests. This make a big difference in how we rate your hotel. The gentleman that checked us in was awesome. Super nice, very interactive with us and made us feel very comfortable. I rate him a 10. Perfect personality and attitude to deal with your guests. Big smile. The lady did not smile at all and it felt like there was some kind of attitude present. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but again, it’s a great opportunity to remind staff how crucial and important it is for everyone to make the guests have the best experience possible. The cleaning lady on our floor was wonderful. Very friendly and said hello to us every time we saw her with a smile. We can tell this was natural for her and trust me, this make all the difference! I am not giving this feedback to get anyone in trouble, just to let you know what a difference one makes

Clean and easy access to Sutter Health Ballpark

Conveniently located to Sutter Health Park. Staff were super nice and helpful. Room was spacious & clean. The complimentary breakfast was ok could use an upgrade in variety and quality. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Great stay close to the ballpark. Hotel was seemingly new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was no frills, but got the job done. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the Sacramento area.

Perfect for our stay and walkable to Sutter Park. Daily parking fee is not ideal but no other option.

Always a great stay here. Walking distance to the Athletics baseball team (Sutter Health Park). My family and I are always pleased when we stay here

Beware the parking is not free, and not mentioned until you get to the front desk. There is no street parking anywhere near by FYi

Free breakfast and close to Sutter Health Park. We didn’t have an iron and our room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Never brought up an iron or crib as we requested at the front desk.

Room size was good Beds not very comfortable and toilet wouldn't flush very well
