Yellowstone Lodge

The hotel was well presented, check in was quick and easy, the room clean, neat and tidy, I was very happy with my stay

Place was clean and close to Main Street, staff didn’t see happy to be there and it was over priced for the room.

All was good except our room was very noisy from other customers in their rooms. Not enough insulation or control over the noise levels of other customers late into the night.

We stayed for 5 nights. Location is very good and close to West Yellowstone entrance. Complimentary breakfast is good. Had no issue working with Expedia customer service rep to credit me the additional person charge I booked originally after already checking in because 1 of my 2 rooms, the 3rd person didn't come. Overall, we had good experience staying here. Will definitely consider in the future.

Good stay and close to entrance

Room was ok grout missing in floor tiles in bathroom, tv lost picture and was told no maintenance person on that day so no tv for second night. Fridge also quit working overnight so food spoiled. Exteriors doors didn’t lock or require faub including pool room so random non customers using pool. Gave a generous 3 stars

Older building that's mostly kept clean. Old bathrooms but in decent shape. Ok breakfast, had limited options and no hot items. Check in staff didn't leave a very positive impression as if they just wanted to be done with their job. Location is good - short walk to busy downtown area with dining, etc.

The breakfast is simple but sufficient - cereal, bread, bagels etc. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. West Yellowstone is a pricey area and this is a reasonably priced and clean hotel.

Solid hotel room in a good location. Fairly close to the shops and restaurants but not right in the heart of the town. Area was quiet and hotel was clean. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but it was good and well stocked. Overall no issues but if you're looking for fancy or extra amenities, this probably isn't it.

Not bad but for the money paid, I was expecting better. Complimentary breakfast was not very good, it was OK. Room was nice and clean. Nice location.

Basic hotel with decent beds. Breakfast was bare bones, but free. Convenient to Yellowstone.

Room was average. Outdated. Liked the white bedding. Microwave and fridge. Ample charging outlets. Pool with hot tub. Pool towels provided. Breakfast was lackluster. Premade waffles and a toaster. Decent chocolate muffins. Only protein was hard boiled eggs in pkgs. Fruit. decent brewed coffee. Parking lot had drywall screws all over. Front desk staff was never at the desk. Other staff didn’t speak English so couldn’t help. Ended up just leaving our card keys on the counter after waiting 10 min & calling the #s provided. Very convenient location to Yellowstone park. Not as convenient to walk to shops & restaurants. It sits back a bit further than others.

Older property for sure, but was pretty well maintained and pretty clean. Excellent location for going back into Yellowstone

Very clean and nice room, had lots of space and 2 sinks with one being outside the bathroom and made it easier with kids and getting ready. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Loved the snack area but some items locked up in the fridge. Location is excellent being minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance. Would stay again.
