The stuff at the breakfast was rather mean to us.

Friendly staff and clean room. Pool is very small, and breakfast not that good.

I booked this hotel for one night before visiting Yellowstone Park for a day. My friend, her granddaughter, and I found this hotel to be clean and comfortable. Our room was nice, with a mini-fridge and microwave among other things. We did, however, find the TV to be a little confusing, as we could not just flip through the cable channels. Also on the plus side, the granddaughter and I found the hot tub and pool area to be nice. Lastly, we found the free continental breakfast to be a little too carby (not too many protein options), although the hot coffee was good. In all, this was a nice hotel, but nothing made it over the top great.

We stayed for three nights while traveling Yellowstone, you can’t beat the proximity to the park, slightly outdated but all in all a great choice for the convenience of visiting Yellowstone

There is no hot breakfast. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean but very outdated, with some broken tile, carpet stains, etc.

Besides a dirty(ish) shower and an unfortunately mediocre breakfast, everything was great. Lovely staff.

Clean bedding & room but could use some updates to bathroom & lobby amenities.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff was good. Breakfast was included in price and had nice options and very nice. The lobby were clean and lift was very helpful. It was very conveniently located being very near to the park entrance

Hot tub jets verylight. Nice room. Great for one night

Had a great day here! Great location close to the park, my room was clean and comfortable. Really loved having a sink in the room as well as the bathroom. Also enjoyed the continental breakfast, although there are no hot items. Your basic, cold, cereals, yogurt, pastries, and toast.

Great stay for family with kids

The property is in a great location. It's right by a Yellowstone entrance, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

The room was clean when we checked jn with no issue. However we did ask for a rollaway bed and did not receive one during our stay. I do understand that they were understaff so I give some leeway. The breakfast was good with assortment of bake goods, fruit, and condiments. Majority of my family eats gluten-free so our options were limited, but still had options, like fruity pebbles, instant oatmeal packets, cheese sticks and fruit. There was wear and tear damage to our room but some tender love and care and the place will be a better sight to see. The staff did give us towels when we asked and it was easy checkout. The price was higher than I preferred having just staying a Hampton in Colorado for a bigger room and 50 dollars cheaper a night than the lodge. Other than that the stay was fine and the staff was kind.

Perfect place to stay after a day at the park!

Breakfast was good. Couple days the Breakfast was open a little early which worked good trying to get an early start getting into Yellowstone. Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi was bad. It felt like dial up in the evening when everyone was back at the hotel.

I really liked it. The breakfast was delicious, the service was excellent, and the room was very clean. I would stay here again.

Rooms are clean but a little dated. Staff is friendly, easy parking and good options for breakfast. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance too.

The rooms need a little up grades and they need need to let people know not to walk with a heavy foot back a fourth half the night.

Hot tub had no jets and the water seemed strange.
