Room was clean and loved the decor. Staff were great. The customer service is excellent. Loved the location. The hotel is on the end by several restaurants. The coffee at the restaurant hotel is so good and reasonable price. Didn't get to use the pool or eat the restaurant but will definitely go back. They have plugs if you have electric car which was nice when my friend came to pick me up.

This place was beautiful. I literally live around the corner and didn’t even know it just needed to a quick getaway

The staff was efficient and accommodating. We had some trouble with our TV and someone was up in our room taking care of the problem almost immediately. Also, I was staying overnight for a follow up post surgery visit. My appointment was not until 2 PM and they let me have a late check out time of 1 PM so me and my 83-year-old husband were not “homeless’ for three hours. Deeply appreciated.

They had live music going on and music was piped in to the front outdoor speaker, it was so loud we could hear it all the way up to the fourth floor, where our room was.

bed sheets were very crimpled. Did not look like clean sheets

Air-conditioning thermostat did not properly work. It would get cold and then it would be hot before it would come back on five or more degrees difference in the temperature overnight.
