Staff are very hospitable, professional, and very hard working. The service was great and workers were very nice. Felt welcomed and appreciated. Breakfast was great there were options. Downfall no microwave no hot tub/pool no Mountain View.

Pool is closed , but it does not say that on there site

A little disappointed, the property is still under construction after my last visit over a year ago. Really? How long does it take to refinish the pool. Other than that, the outside landscaping is always rough here. I get the winters, but this week is the summer. Please refresh the landscape. Staff is always great, I do like the location for business travel. Need coffee set up for early morning business workers please…

The room was clean and comfortable but the new smart TV did not work at all. This is a reason I picked this hotel as I needed a relaxing space before an important exam. The over all issue with the TV was that the wiring in the hotel was to old for a new TV which is just ridiculous that they would even leave it like that. The hotel lamp and only charging port also didn’t work which was very frustrating.

Hotel is a bit dated.

The biggest issue, however, was the hotel entrance. There were always people smoking cigarettes outside, and there was often a strong smell of marijuana, which made entering and leaving the hotel unpleasant, especially with family. Overall, this was one of the worst hotels my family has ever stayed in. We were very disappointed with our experience and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Great food. Good service. Clean and well maintained facilities.

This property was in a good location, however, the maintenance leaves something to desire! Shower head was leaking and appeared to be leaking for sometime due to faulty mixing valve control! Water leaked on edge of tub with shower in the off position on to floor and baseboard! My wife accused me of not having the shower curtain in the correct position when I took a shower which resulted in the water on the bathroom floor which was not the case! I get into enough trouble and don't need any additional trouble due to faulty maintenance!

The room was clean, but had to remove the back of the toilet to flush it a few times and for the price we shouldn't have had any issues.

Room was spacious and clean. The hallways need some maintenance but nothing out of normal wear. Swimming pool was under renovations.

When we walked in the room, it would belong to someone else when I went up to the second room they offered me it was disgusting. I would never stay there.

Clean and quiet

We just needed a place to sleep. It work well for that purpose.

Friendly staff Toilet had problems flushing.

Rooms were excellent as were the chocolate chip cookies we were given upon check-in.

Nice hotel-- convenient area-- pool was not useable due to breakdown which was disappointing-- and no breakfast unless you buy it separately which we didn't-- however the beds were super comfy-- mountain view was wonderful (they gave us the option no extra cost)--and we were able to get a fairly reasonable priced pizza from their restaurant that night for supper which we had in our room--overall would stay again.
