Probably the worst Hilton experience I had in my 40 years of traveling. The Air conditioner was loud and not cool enough usually when it set at 66 it should be pretty cool but I think it’s out dated. The guest staying across from us we not there for sleeping they sounded like they having a party. Slamming doors at 3:30am talking loudly. My question is if they front desk knew there’s a wedding the night before and these guests are staying there for the event why would the put a family with 2 small children next to these people. Never staying at a Hilton hotel again!!

Something was wrong with the air conditioning. Our room ran constantly and our room was never cold. At times, I was sweating at night. The pool was closed but they did offer you a pass to a rec center that you could drive to and use. Otherwise our room was clean check in went seamlessly. Staff was friendly. There is no free breakfast but there is a cafe on site. We went to a local cafe called morning story it was delicious.

Friendly staff. Hotel interior and grounds were well maintained. Overall positive experience.

System was down when it was time to check in, waited around 3 hours to get a room. After driving 12 hours we just wanted to get into our room. Told us the upgraded us but it was the same room we booked.

Clean room, breakfast was always in time with fresh cofee.

The front desk employee (I didn’t get her name) was super nice! She even offered cookies to my friend & I, which is rare at properties i’ve stayed at in different states. The room was clean and organized, the housekeeping team also went above and beyond to fix my bed and throw my trash while i was out on day 2 exploring denver, usually i expect them to do it the last day of checkout but it was a different experience :) Overall i would stay at this place again! thank you doubletree

Enjoyable

Clean, well kept. Indoor pool and outdoor hot tub

This would be a 5☆ place but the daughter ended up with what we are pretty sure are bed bug bites. Since its the only hotel we stayed at on our trip its the only place that she could've gotten them. The place was absolutely great and so clean for the price compared to others in the area until then. I hate leaving a bad review on a place that until then we all loved

They did not offer complimentary breakfast. You have to pay to eat breakfast.

The staff on front desk is rude.

The room had no hot water, when we made staff aware they claimed that their staff was on top of it. When I booked the room it was never revealed that the swimming pool was not working. I was told that a manager would talk to me on day 2 but no one ever did. When we were checking out I was told that the manager would contact me within a few days. Two weeks later I am still waiting. Terrible customer service. But I'm sure they still get paid.

Toilet had a hard time flushing

I really enjoyed my overnight at this hotel congratulations

My day was very basic. Nothing outstanding, nothing overwhelming nothing underwhelming.

Every thing was great.

Other than pool under remodel all was great

Boiler went down and we had to take cold showers. Had trouble with the lock on the room door. Bolt wasn't working properly.
