    This is the second year we have stayed at this motel. We love having an outdoor pool and a breakfast only wish that some of their stuff was fixed instead of broken down and some of the rooms did not have working TVs or air conditioners were not working, but other than that, we had a great experience.

    Hotel was not what I was expecting when arriving. Pre-checked in but had to recheck in upon arrival (waste of time). Sheets on one bed were stained. Beds where small for doubles. Only had 2 bathroom towels. When asked for 1-2 more we were given pool towels. Damage to wall that was covered up, but exposed after fireworks shook the building. Not many plug ins to use. Mini fridge froze everything. Breakfast was stale looking cereal and dry hard bagels. Room was on 3rd floor but couldn't find elevator (gave up trying to even look). Will not stay there again.

    Avoid at all costs! Smells like urine, mold, walls are filthy doors don’t close properly toilet was broken. Everyone that was checking in was going back to complain about something and possibly some illegal activity. And if you have a problem front desk is rude and there’s no way to contact a manager. This place is individually owned and doesn’t follow La Quintas policies.

    Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Tried getting a refund with them refusing. Room smelled, blood on the bathroom door. Dead rats in their drains in the parking lot. Will never stay at this hotel again and if anyone asked where to stay in Denver I will tell them to steer clear of this one.

    The only good thing I have to say was that parking was the only good part of this hotel. The staff were non emotional and all looked unhappy. Never once was there a smile on anyone’s face. If you asked a question, it was answered as short as possible. The room was terrible. The extra door lock was broken and barely hanging on. The bathroom door didn’t close. There was only 1 usable outlet, and it was dangling. The sink had a huge crack in it. I kept socks on because I didn’t want to put my feet on the floor/carpet. The breakfast was so simple and disappointing. We saw the waffle makers as we walked in and were happy. As we were looking for the batter, the lady came over and unplugged the waffle irons and just said, “no waffles.” No smile, no explanation, no eye contact. That left: mini bagel and toast, cereal, processed egg patties and processed sausage patties. Oh and some juice. As we were leaving, another customer was at the desk saying how he had never been in a worse place and was listing things. So disappointing how terrible it was.

    I was extremely disappointed when I checked in and got to my room, this was a motel not a hotel. The mattresses were stained, old, and caved in the middle, the carpet smelled like urine, the room was not fully clean, you could see daylight under the door to the outside when it was closed and locked, the window unit did not work so the room never got cold, and the TV was out of service. I asked for a new room, and to get my belongings out of the original room, and the room cards stopped working. The cleaning ladies tried opening the room, and even the master key did not work until the front desk lady had to "get a manager" that I never saw. The whole experience was unacceptable, so I filed a claim through expedia and asked for a refund the 3 nights I didn't stay there and had to pay out of my pocket for a new hotel for the rest of my stay and I never received my refund... The whole experience was completely unprofessional, and now I am out the money I paid for a room I didn't use. Would NOT recommend this place.

    We stayed here for an overnight and it was conveniently located to where we needed to be. The staff was great and informative upon check-in. This is a good budget option.

    The staff were not helpful at all. The place wasn't clean. Breakfast was subpar at best and some of the mornings there wasn't anything but cold cereal. This was by far the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed at. I normally love my experience. I would tell everyone to avoid staying here.

    The hotel was close to highway and conveniently located near food and shops. First room I was given one bed was made the other was not. I asked for a new room it was okay for a night or two. Latch didn’t close all the way but I travel with my own door security lock. Lots of people living in this hotel and saw some police activity in parking lot.

    I had originally booked two nights, but after the first night I decided to leave and stayed at the Comfort Inn instead. The price difference was minimal, but the Comfort Inn was much cleaner and offered a much better overall experience. The breakfast at this hotel was also very limited and disappointing. I do feel sorry for the young man at the front desk—he worked very hard and was polite and helpful, but he likely has to deal with these same complaints every day. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to book another La Quinta Inn in the future.

    Minuses: No wash cloths, one hand towel, water leaking from toilet base, hose for shower hand sprayer. Outside, walking surfaces need to be Hotsy'd to remove excessive gum. More attention needs to be paid to the breakfast area for cleanliness and organization, and to insure breakfast items are available. It seems the staff has been stretched thin as most locations with this type of breakfast have one dedicated individual to prepare and lay out food items, plates, service, napkins, etc.

    Our keys kept not working for both of our rooms. Drugs were being delt in the parking lot and through rooms. half of the lights worked in the room. The mattress was flipped upside down and had springs poking out while we slept. Breakfast was an absolute disappointment. Having one and not the other. (Jelly, no PB, syrup but no waffles, etc). Someone broke into our room and broke the swinging lock latch. Employees said they would call police and view camera footage. They lied, and never did! Employees lied about maintenance. Employees lied about renting our room out to someone else while we had the room. No one was helpful for refunds. We checked out a day early and "ate the cost". Never staying here, ever again. Very run down! It was so much nicer about 8+years ago. A customer infront of us in line at check out complained of the bathroom door falling right off the hinges!!! There was a huge youth group, of about 30 kids, that showed up and walked right back out, refusing to stay there and refused to give this motel their business, missing out on renting roughly 10-20 rooms (as a guestimate). My 9 year old found a pocket knife in our room, under the bed. Tell me our stay was nothing but safe and enjoyable!?!? Never again!!!!

    This hotel was disgusting. The rooms were terrible. The sheets and bedding were stained. Staff were terrible. There were dead animals on the property. We doing fingernail all over the room. Very bad experience. This hotel is a health concern and should be shut down.

    The outside of the building was extremely gross. Thought we were staying on skid row. Open bottles of alcohol laying around, sketchy people all over the place. Broken pieces of the ceiling were laying outside the rooms. Some of the doors had punch marks in them. Couldn’t find our room because the numbers were missing. Going in the room you were punched in the face by a pungent musky mold smell. Lifted the mattress and noticed bed bug stains. Heard dripping coming from the bathroom and above the shower there’s been a leak there for a while and black mold is everywhere. We didn’t stay there and I demanded my money back. No way I’ll ever stay in à la Quinta again.
