Pool and elevator were not working. Other than that, great place to stay.

Clean room, sink plugged, musty smell, broken elevator

Staff was great. Room was not the cleanest. Had a pee stain on the bed sheet. A light didnt work. Carpet was stained.

Rooms were extremely dirty. Dusty furniture and hair in several areas of bathroom. A/C making very loud noises.

Staff was friendly, but did nothing to remedy issues. Other than argue that there was no possible way I booked it in part that it had a hot tub, which I showed him a screenshot from about 30 min prior to talking with them. I sure wouldn’t have brought swimwear if it was clearly labeled not having one. Breakfast was your typical food, one waffle maker, scrambled egg, sausage, cereal and only one of the four juices worked. Plenty of parking. Won’t bother again, run down place with no intentions of repairing based on months of complaints about missing features like hot tub, elevator and pool.

Right off highway so a lot of highway noise. Very outdated. Carpet stained and chairs in room stained. Bed was uncomfortable but found the pillows very comfortable. Elevator not working so had to do stairs to second level. Pool not operational. Funny smell(besides the marajuana) did not smell clean. Breakfast area was spotless and well stocked but not many options, very basic. Will not stay here again.

Cleanliness

Great Bed

When we checked in, we found out the elevator was not working. The room we booked was on the 3rd floor. We were offered a different room with different number of beds. When we got into the room the carpet was filthy, burn marks on the bedding. Bathroom wasn't up to my cleanliness standards. The swimming pool was under maintenance we were not informed of that. We discovered it wasn't open when we went looking. I won't book a room there ever again. Super disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and made sure we weren’t on the 3rd floor when the elevator was not working. The air conditioning made noise the whole time, which was bothersome but the beds were comfortable.

Clean restroom, clean bed and breakfast is super basic but good. Front desk attendant was excellent and very helpful. Elevator was not working and the facility just seems a little old and the carpet a bit dirty. Super basic stay at a good location.

The particular room I stayed in was in desperate need of new carpet. It had embedded 'sticky' spots that you really didn't want to step on. The paint job in the bathroom area was poor and unfinished. The phone didn't work, the connectivity/TV went out and had to be reset by the provider, the elevator was not functioning, and the electronic key card was inconsistent. I don't recommend and won't be staying there again. Maybe this was a room that shouldn't have been assigned but due to the fact of the non-functioning elevator, it was on the first floor and available upon my check-in. I don't expect 'luxury' at this price point, but shouldn't encounter the above discrepancies.

We were late getting in due to flight problems, they were very accommodating, no elevators due to problems so the young man carried then to the second floor. The contental breakfast was plentiful and had excellent variety.

Nothing The staff was rude, the room was disgusting, the bedspreads were stained, the sheets were dingy and gross, the bathroom was disgusting it looks like mold on the tile..

Close to highway. Heard traffic all night long.
