Quality Inn Denver Westminster

I never took the Trip. I should get a refund.

Breakfast was nice, overall decent stay for the price and location.

The carpet wasn't vacuumed, there was a dead bug, the TV didn't work, and the comforter had stains all over it. I'm still waiting on a refund.

The rugs were filthy, not cleaned in a very long time. Remote control had grime on it. Bed spread was also tacky and grimy

Elevator and hot tub broken

Carpet needs replaced ,holes in the walls. Smell that was in the carpet

I stayed in 4 days however breakfast was the same.

Not high quality but it was not terrible I wouldn’t mind staying there again especially for the price

I booked this motel based on search criteria of breakfast, hot tub and exercise room. We arrived no pool no hot tub! Exercise room air conditioning not working and it’s hot in there and the only treadmill does not work. I asked the front desk and he said he didn’t know and could not help as he was on to do front desk. Elevators not working and people upstairs jumping nonstop and loud. I messaged motel and they have ignored me!

Pool or jacuzzi wasn't open, and the elevator was broken. Cozy rooms and simple breakfast.

Breakfast is amazing. Rooms clean, staff was great. I would recommend this place.

The Workout room is more like a hazard closet. The elevator is broken and had been for months according to staff. Power tools, beating and banging starting @ 6am. Absolutely no apologies nor refunds. I’ll leave open to the imagination the people whom own the hotel……

Rooms smelled and we felt the air filtration was poor. Elevator broken and our room was on the third floor. Tried to air out the room and found that the window/screen were broken; overall the hotel was not maintained well.

Swimming pool was down and not functional which was really a disappointment also the elevator was down but they did accommodate me on giving me a ground floor room because my mom was unable to get up the stairs so it was half and half they did a really good job accommodating my mom's accessibility but we were really looking forward to a swimming pool because of the hot weather other than the swimming pool everything else was phenomenal breakfast was great the gentleman that checked me in was also great kept up with throwing our trash and changing our towels which was awesome wish I could give you five stars but because of the pool I only gave you three sorry

Es muy buen hotel lo recomiendo

I mean for the value, I guess it’s ok. But the inside of the property is dated, the hallway and stairs carpets were old and dirty. With the elevator out, I would think there would be more attention to that. Breakfast was ok. I’ve seen worse, and better.

The breakfast was hot unlike the Quality Inn we stayed at in Loveland Co.

Great location, close to Red Rocks and easy access to the freeway

Room had bed bugs! Left in the middle of the night after being bit about 9 times. The carpet was dirty. Couldn't find a different hotel as they were all booked. Elevator is broken. Not worth the price even if on a budget.
