good breakfast, good staff
-
I had been in an updated room with my previous stay so I was somewhat surprised by the state of the room I had this time. Bed not comfortable sort of worn, floors dirty, kitchen cabinets broken, musty smell, AC really loud and didn’t cool the room well. Staff is great, location safe and nice and breakfast was excellent.

Perfect stay
-
Good location close to the interstate, the room had lots of drawers and storage space, breakfast was good with lots of options, beds were comfortable. Also, there was a bus stop across the street from the hotel which was very convenient. The pool was so cold nobody would get in it. My kids look forward to staying in a hotel for the pool so this was very disappointing. The tv in the living room part of our suite didn’t work and they didn’t try to fix it. The only bathroom in the suite was only accessible through the bedroom so our kids had to walk through our room to use the bathroom. The pillows were terrible.

Great stay. I had a room with a kitchen and the room was spacious.

Superb

We stayed for a week with 2 young kids. It was clean, but maybe some things are a tad outdated. But nothing we couldn't live with! The front desk staff were always helpful. Our oldest enjoyed the pool a few times - it is not heated so don't expect warm water. Lol. But it is so well-located too - very easy to get just about anywhere. We would more than likely pick this hotel again in future!

The friendliness of the staff. Idk
-
the aircondtioner in the main lobby was broken and the outside temp was 98 degrees, even though they had portable A/C units it wasnt enough.
-
Room was not as clean as I hoped. Silver fish bugs came out in both the bathrooms at night. Air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms did not work well and dresser drawers in both bedrooms were broken and unuseable. Larger main bedroom did not have enough dresser/drawer space. Housekeeping did not come daily.

Nice place

Coffee was old and not hot. The room dishes were lacking, no dish soap, and room was medium clean. Kinda old too. Not the best RI I have stayed in.
-
Great Hotel, good quiet location! Room was awesome, AC was a little loud though but kept the room nice and cool! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good choices, definitely will stay here again!

Everyone was super helpful & breakfast was good, the coffee is really good. My room was clean and I enjoyed my stay there.
-
Location and breakfast I. The morning First room had severe water damage and water leaking in bathroom and under refrigerator. Moved to another room that looked out at the roof and the table legs were falling off .
-
It met my requirements. Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient location and free parking Hotel seems dated and overall had a dark atmosphere. Breakfast was the standard "free" hotel type, but if you get there close to ending time you may find the food options limited. Ice machine was a long walk back to the front desk.
-
Check-in was great until we got in room and bathrooms where dirty, when we pulled out the sofa sleeper chips and corn kernels where on the mattress and underneath mattress. Worst hotel and filthy.

The complimentary breakfast was typical and included waffles, muffins, cereal, and pre-prepared hot items. It wasn't anything special, but it was sufficient. One disappointment was that the website advertised a hot tub/jacuzzi, but it appears to have been removed. The hotel offers the standard Residence Inn amenities, including outdoor seating, barbecue grills, free parking, room service every other day, an ice machine on the first floor, and reliable Wi-Fi. TV channel selection was somewhat limited but acceptable. The location was a strong point, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, services, and the freeway, while remaining relatively quiet. One concern was our experience after booking through Expedia as part of a prepaid package. It felt as though guests who book through third-party providers may not receive the same level of welcome as those who book directly. While staff were professional, the interaction left that impression. Overall, the hotel met our basic needs and the location was convenient, but updates, maintenance, and more accurate website information would improve the guest experience.

The breakfast was very good and so was the coffee. The area where people took their dogs was pretty bad. A lot of people were not picking up after their dogs! And a lot of cigarette butts all over the ground at that spot.
