Hampton Inn Denver-Northwest/Westminster

The front entrance was under construction but not too much of an inconvenience. the bathroom sink in our room was difficult to move and loud, like it was stuck. this made it difficult to get the right water temp. Otherwise, the property was okay.

The room was clean. However, overall the property needs some updating.

One bummer about the hotel was that the elevator was like a dark dungeon. Honestly it wasn't very safe.

The hotel is very run down and minimally staffed.

The people were very nice and cordial

I found it very disappointing that there was nowhere outside to sit, no picnic area no tables no chairs nothing. Secondly, the dining room area where the buffet is, is very outdated, I felt like the chairs were from the 70s. And overall much needed face left to the hotel is necessary.

The breakfast was well prepared. Nothing.

Friendly service and good breakfast and fairly easy access to City Always something not working. Pool, hot tub, waffle maker, no big deal. It's just each of every three times one or the other was out of order.

The room was fine for the one night we stayed. The furniture is getting a bit tired and could do with replacing. The taps for the basin and bath also need replacing, but they worked ok. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was free and good to start the day on. The free parking was appreciated too.

Pleasant

The room is just a basic room. 1 chair and a desk. No pens or note pad. Nothing about surrounding restaurants or activities. Nothing special stands out about the room. I was not impressed. Even the elevator only had 1 light.

Property was clean and inviting. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and water looked clean. Room was nice except the carpet seemed sticky like it was just replaced or cleaned and it was a little sticky which was weird. The TV in our room also needed replaced, it had the worst blue hue.

Elevator was not working. Carpet wasn't vacuumed in the hallway and room. Dirty bathroom. Complementary breakfast was missing food.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. If I could rate individuals, I would give the night auditor Jason 5 gold stars. That’s about where my experience ends. The room had stained furniture and torn towels. The tv kept losing signal. We stayed for almost a week and were supposed to have room attendants every other day; however, they only came once. We left the dirty towels in the tub and the attendants left them there and just gave us more.The lights in the elevator were not working. The dining room was disgusting as was the breakfast. The carpets were gross. I normally only leave positive reviews but I feel like everyone should be forewarned.
