Hotel was pretty decent two things I ain’t like , were the lack of housekeeping during our stay our trash overflowed and was never changed , we were not offered extra towels or wash cloths. We were unable to watch tv during our stay because of the rain so the cable was out, was told they had dish when I finally called the front desk. Then when we tried to get in the pool on our last day of stay we were told it was closed for maintenance. And we were not told it was a time difference in the serving of breakfast on the weekdays and weekends so on one day we missed it

The staff was great great and pleasant!! Breakfast was fulfilling 😋

We liked the location. Rooms are big. facility was clean, friendly staff We liked the location. Our room was not cleaned in a regular basis. We stayed for more than 10 days and had noisy people next to us slamming doors in the middle of the night. No adjustments were made which was frustrating. We called several times to tell staff problem.

Washing room Decent breakfast

Location was fine. Not too much around. Worked ok for our purposes. Hotel room and bathroom need a deep clean. Carpeting throughout the hallways, as well. Bedding smelled like someone else’s deodorant. Felt like several people were living at the hotel - and just kind of felt rundown and dated. Elevators felt tired and like they might give out!

Had a wonderful experience

If you have a lot of stuff (for work or family), you will want to ask for a room near the elevators, as they are at one end of a very long hallway.

Room was lean and spacious for just one person. Dishwasher,full size fridge and microwave,nice shower,great bed, desk, pullout sofa and ottoman. I was gone most of the day, didn't use the gym or swimming pool, but room was very nice and clean, plenty of towels, very quiet at night, slept great.

Features a fine variety of breakfast choices, a well-kept gym and pool, and 24 hour coffee, to boot! Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Easy to reach I-95 and the 695 beltway, as well.

We love this particular location and usually have a great time at the pool. This time there were some really loud and rowdy guests that made our pool time a bit less enjoyable. No real way to control that I guess. Other than that, the breakfast options is a plus and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We definitely plan on returning, hopefully next time it will be a better pool experience for us.

The suite i had was nice i loved how spacious it was and best of all it wasn’t expensive

Room was a bit smaller than the picture. Other than that, the staff was great the facility was very nice. Minutes from food and shopping. And if safety is high on your list , I'll just say that , I felt very safe inside and outside of the building.

When I finally got into a okay room on my last night there I didn't like having to keep switching rooms it was always something wrong also the price was not what y'all said also they said that y'all would reimburse me they said they changed it to 139 a night but on their end they couldn't change it because it's don't through a third party and I need to contact y'all so that y'all can take care of it and this was terrible and wayyyy to much my daughter couldn't even enjoy her birthday

The staff was very dismissive upon check in and also when asked for hotel room items such as blankets. I asked to speak to the manager he called and said the blankets would be put in the room as we speak and when we arrived back to the room they were not. Extremely rude staff! 10 of 10 do not recommend!

Room was dirty and had stains on sheets and walls and hair in sick and in shower as well on shower head

Staff was friendly and helpful and loved the size of our room. Really have nothing negative to say.
