The staff are really friendly and the hotel and rooms are really nice. The only problem I have is that i couldn’t hook up my console because they do not do third party services. But otherwise if you’re looking for a nice get away to get away from everything this is the spot to be. Definitely will be here again soon.

The hotel itself was very nice. The lobby was well maintained. There was a welcome bag, coffee all day and refreshing water to drink. The housekeeping staff was too friendly. A couple (Judy & Ted) at the front desk were very nice. The hospitality staff was not too friendly but they made sure the breakfast bar stayed well stocked. Was too busy to enjoy swimming pool.

Everything was fine

Overall clean however the ironing board didn’t work and the temperature controls were not user-friendly.

The location was everything, the fact that it had a pool, a livingroom in the suite i was told they only have three rooms I like this and it's one on every floor that's kind of odd. They have a barbecue section for people who like to grill breakfast was okay. The doors didn't lock the bathroom door connecting to the bedroom was off track if below (3 floor and down) you can hear everyone walking jumping running. And this place gets busy, so if you're looking for sleep, try to check in on time in a** for the fourth floor or you'll be up throughout the night.

Huge room , everything you needed

All of the front desk’s members were so friendly, kind and helpful. They were all really nice.

The hotel was rather rundown. Customer service was lacking from the clerk at check in. She was more interested in her text conversation. Our room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. But the window shade was broken, the kitchen sink water would not get cold, there was unidentifiable smears on the bathroom wallpaper, the breakfast was underwhelming. The exit light on the 2nd floor elevator lobby had been knocked loose and was hanging. There were copious bags of trash in this same elevator lobby. The grounds were filthy with trash, bottles and cans all around the perimeter along their walking path. We will be looking for a different place to stay next trip.

Staff very helpful

The place was decent - the room was comfortable and I slept well there - I was actually upgrade to a much better room, so I was definitely pleased about that. The location was convenient to my purposes and I had a very pleasant stay! I'd definitely recommend this to anyone that needs to be around White Marsh / Middle River. The breakfast wasn't amazing, although I guess I shouldn't have had crazy expectations. Other that it really was a fantastic place.
