Best Western Plus Wichita West Airport Inn

A was good

No comentes

Wrappers on floor. No a/c

No chair for desk; pool water was green. Some side doors could unlock with key as promised. Otherwise, rooms and service was good.

The motel was clean and food was good. The price was good too. Just make sure to park in a well lit spot.

It was right off the main highway on the West side of town. The room was clean but the hallway carpet was pretty dirty. Breakfast was hot - scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, etc…. I stayed here for a conference alone, but if my wife was with me it might be iffy for more than just passing through. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was closed for the season.

The hotel room was dated. Our room had a terrible smell that burned my throat, we had to get an air freshener. The TV was difficult to use, the guide would jump around making it hard to select something to watch. Finally just pulled up something on our phones. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Overall, we were disappointed with our hotel. On the plus side the staff was helpful, we enjoyed the breakfast bar, and the hotel was quiet. The coffee maker didn't work but was replaced when we reported it. The front door closed with difficulty but the maintenance man got that repaired. The bottom drawer of the dresser was broken, and both the towel bar and toilet paper dispensers were broken. There was no knob on the closet door to aid and opening and closing. We also spotted a few ants but not a swarm.

The breakfast is good, there are choices, but it is always the same. Our room smoke detector was beeping when we entered the room Someone removed the battery. Brought it to the front desk and it was not replaced during our stay. We had ants in our room, which wasn't appealing. Let them know at the front desk.

Clean room, excellent staff, friendly, helpful, good food for breakfast. Good location. Next to main highway, near downtown, airport and restaurants. Essentially a perfect hotel. I had stayed here before and would again.

Clean, good breakfast selection Parking at checking

The location is close to the airport, easy to get to and perfect for an overnight stay.

Location and price for value. Truly awful breakfast, even among bargain chains. Pretty sure nothing found in nature went into that food. Included breakfast is a key decision factor when choosing enroute lodging.

Breakfast was good, room was clean and most of all the AC was COLD just what we needed since the AC went out in our place

The pool was close and very dirty.. wanted to go swimming. That's why I rented room.. was looking for some relaxation.
