Great location, breakfast was decent

Rooms had furniture and cabinets that were dated with wear and tear. TV was difficult to find channels.

The hotel in general was fine. Staff was great. My room smelled of mildew and looked like black mold in the bathroom and closet

It was easily accessible from the main road. Much more dated than the pictures let on. We booked an accessible room, the shower leaked so much water onto the bathroom floor that it made it a hazard, especially for the unsteady disabled person it was booked for. Additionally, the pool was unusable, the water was murky and looked like the paint was dissolving into the water.

The shower curtain would not stay to keep water from going outside of the shower….annoying. The main part of the room was great and the A/C worked very well. Bed was comfortable. There were 2 front desk staff that I spoke/interacted with. The first one was initially (bad mood) I checked in late since I was not able to check-in early (no rooms available) I was ok with that as I got in early…visited family and checked in around 1000pm so maybe her demeanor was off. 2nd front desk staff was super kind/helpful.

The carpet in the hallways could use a professional cleaning! There was two small mold spots on the edge of the tub! Everything else was good!

Elevator, rooms were not the cleanest. We had to ask for different sheets because they were stained. The front desk gave us twin sized sheets for a king size bed and said “it’s not my department”, pretty much told us to deal with it. There was a homeless man sleeping in the hallway. The hallway smelled like urine. Overall, definitely would not stay there again.

Staff was great. Unfortunately my room was unavailable due to a late flight

Shopping was convenient, room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

House keeping was great and I had no issues with the front desk staff, the room condition was not so great, stained mattresses and a broken bed frame, base boards had chunks of plaster missing, bathroom also had missing parts of the wall, only half the ac fans worked, card reader on side of building did not work, had to call maintenance for a backed up sink that we came back to, I didn’t get his name but he tended to the issue immediately and was apologetic about the situation, which I was very understanding about. Overall the staff was the best part of the stay, won’t be going back.
