Staff was very helpful room very clean and comfortable

I have been diagnosed with CIRS from mold exposure, so I am extremely sensitive to scents, dust , voc's and many things right now. Finding a hotel when we travel can be very challenging. This was our first time staying at a Best Western Plus and it was a great stay! So very thankful to have a clean comfortable stay

Good location
-
the hotel room is well equipped and pretty large. Cleanness make us feel respected. However, breakfast is delicious but simple possibly due to weekdays. Empty food trays should be removed in the dining room if they are not in use.
-
The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was disappointing by 8am. They had cold sausage, the waffle batter was very low and the bread/pastries and yogurt were about gone. We over heard a lady ask the kitchen aide when did everything run out and she walked into the kitchen and then disappeared. She came back like 20 minutes later and just sat on her phone. When you have a full house of guests the breakfast should be watched and refilled when getting low.
-
The room was not cleaned properly. We found an old plate of food w utensils. Dried n crusty, inside the microwave. Tells me the microwave was not touched. We also found an unknown pill on the air conditioner. On day 2 we asked for 2 clean towels to shower and they eventually got us some but the interaction was not very positive.
-
They spray a very strong air freshener in the rooms that will overwhelm you and send anyone with allergies into a tizzy. Don't count on eating breakfast at the hotel. No eggs, no potatoes, no milk.

Front staff was very friendly. Cleaning staff was extremely rude. There were stains on the furniture that had not been cleaned. Towel rack was broken much of the furniture I've been worn was outdated. The door had been broken before so it didn't shut properly. Visual signs were the walls had been punched. It had a smell.
-
I asked for a first floor room or one closet to the elevator because I use a cane and they put us 2nd floor the farthest room from the elevator. But we only slept there the rest of the time we were with family

Nice

Hotel was short staffed as it took approx 30 minutes to get checked in. All three trash cans out in front of the hotel had trash overflowing.
-
It was a great place to stay! We'll be back again next time through. Breakfast was also great.
-
The AC didn't work the best, the lady never came up to look at it like she said she would. Didn't know that the pool was broke down til we checked in. The pool looked very gross. Breakfast was okay. I was standing there waiting to check out and the lady said "hang on, I'm putting in my coffee order real quick that my boyfriend is bringing me." If you're constantly busy like we were and just need a place to sleep, it's do-able but I wouldn't stay here again if it were my choice.

Clean rooms excellent staff

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. The pool was not usable with green water and trash in the pool. The Keurig in the room was inviting, but there were only decaf pods on the entire property. And the Keurig in the lobby did not work. Breakfast was bland but adequate. Don't think we would stay here again.
