Economy Hotel Wichita- Florence St.

Nothing The door handle was broken You had to lift up push in then swipe card to get door open. There were burn holes in the blankets. The pillowcases were stained. The towels had hair on it. The bathtub was rusty. The remote control had bike marks. There was a substance on the bed skirt that was some type of human waste material the air conditioner had all the buttons broke off and had to plug it in to get it to come on at 68° and had to unplug it to get it to go off. It could not be adjusted. It was disgusting.

Nothing The Rome had rats. The sheets was stained... No room service... The office looked like a dump..

Nothing Bed bugs, AC did not work - kept going off and on while barely cooling room right in front of it, no toilet paper or paper towels (said “truck didn’t deliver!”), furniture falling apart. Never have I been so disappointed by hotel room, and I’ve stayed at som really cheap motels when I was a traveling salesman!!! When I called front desk ( on my cell phone since room had no phone) the woman sail she’d be here in 30 minutes to “evaluate” the room…that was 45 minutes ago!!

Everything this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The front of the hotel had caught on fire and they had boards up on the windows. The lobby had no air conditioning. There was nobody at the front desk to check us in

The worker was nice and was decent The worker was nice but took forever to be able to check in because she wasn't at the desk. Our room door was hard to open. The shower didnt work. Floor felt sticky and gross walking on it barefoot. I also seen a couple roaches

I thought it looked easy to get to. I had not paid so the lady said that I did not have to stay. The front desk was very nice. The property was extremely filthy. The room smelled so bad. People were living there with their doors open and I didn’t feel safe so I called back and a man helped me to find a much nicer place called. Sleep in.

It was a safe and comfortable place to rest and get good sleep. Staff was nice and accommodating. Initially there was a misunderstanding that could have went a different direction but the Hotel Manager was willing to listen, evaluate and communicate the situation professionally. She is very protective of the property and that actually makes me feel safer staying there. I appreciate her help and think she's doing a great job. I can't complain

Really I regret making my reservation there.

It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left.
