Coratel Plus Suites Wichita West Airport

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and still haven't got my deposit back. No answer when I call. the pool was NASTY GREEN WITH MOSS. THE SHOWER WAS SO DIRTY I WORE MY FLIP FLOPS TO SHOWER. The bed was comfortable room was ok nice and big. there was a grocery bag over the smoke detector when we got to the room. No breakfast and the coffee tasted burnt and old. the toilet water was turned down would barley flush when we turned it up to flush it was leaking BAD!!

Dirty room . With roaches. Staff was very unprofessional

Yes this is pet friendly, this property is really not semi friendly and the pool was nasty green and this place looks like a drug dealer hangout

Staff are very helpful, but the AC was not working and swimming pool was closed. Bad smell coming of some rooms likely smoking inside the room. Else it was good

black mold in The restroom

Do not stay here no matter how cheap! My ac in my original room was broke, I was sent to 3rd floor.comfy bed is why I returned for a second stay for work. When I got in my second night, someone broke into my room and stole my laptop,dirty pair and clean pair of socks, my chargers to phone laptop, backpack with electric razor. Once I talked about calling cops, the maintenance guy said he knew where to go ask and he found my laptop. Thankfully,but they had already started trying to reset it . The manager ROB (best I can understand) would not reimburse me nor move me rooms!! I felt so unsafe for the first time in a long time and I will never return! They lost their repeat customer in me!! You will get stolen from if you stay here! Pay the extra money for cleaner,nicer,safer piece of mind, I WILL!!

The room was clean and the property was pretty and it worked for a nights stay close to shopping and restaurants. Close to the freeway and the airport.

First time staying in Kansas. On Google maps and hotels.com the hotel looked great. This place was a dump. Dirty towels in the room found a used condom under the couch that I moved to secure thw door for me to sleep. Didn't even shower seeing how bad the shower was

Nice and friendly staff. The hotel was old and dingy, not well maintained. Lobby was hot and muggy. Our room's door lock was brock, I had to put the coffee table in front of our door for some security. The bathtub faucet came off the wall when the water was turned on. Won't be staying there ever again.

Not enough wash rags. Only had one for the entire 4 nights.

Facility was clean and the room was pleasant smelling and clean. I could see my reflection in the bathroom floor. Price was good compared to comparable. Customer service was good and it even had a small heated indoor pool. Will stay again

Check in was okay. Another guest interrupted things but you can't control that. Front desk agents were friendly. There was a man and woman working the desk and another employee/manager that was helping outside the front desk. Rooms need update. The light or light switch when we walked into the room didn't work. There was a lamp that the plug was broken, so couldn't use that. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean. Floor in the bathroom was a little slick. Like it had a coating on it. The bathroom needs help. Needed to be redone. The toilet paper wasn't in the holder. It was in top of the towel display. Pool, terrible. Might as well drain the emerald green water with a ton of debris out and fill it in. Make it a patio area and not a hazard. Checked out super early due to flight nd front desk closed overnight. I recommend a bigger and more secure box to drop off keys. I didn't feel safe leaving the keys that way and someone being able to get into the room after we left. Interesting people staying at the hotel... I didn't feel super comfortable. Will not be returning. It was basically a place to sleep before flying out at 6am.

Last resort

The staff is super friendly. I always have clean sheets and towels. It is conveniently located in proximity to my business aviation clients. I love that my room is larger than most hotel rooms anywhere. The bed is comfy. Sofa is nice. I like the place.

So do not waste your money this place pictures are not what it looks like the rooms were old and gross the bathrooms rug walls everything and the poop why they don't advertise it..it's green water tones of mosquitoes and on the outside of the property....m

It was good not that bad the hotel need upgrades with rooms and should add breakfast service too.

Stay at your own risk, place is nice the people staying there are not! There is alot more going on there then just a place to stay

Our room was spacious but very dirty. Not realizing at first, but as our stay went on we discovered how filthy the carpet was. Our feet were very dirty. Our shoes stuck to the carpet and the tike floors. Owner was very nice but that didn’t make up for the unclean feeling we had while there.
