Coratel Plus Suites Wichita West Airport

Facility was clean and the room was pleasant smelling and clean. I could see my reflection in the bathroom floor. Price was good compared to comparable. Customer service was good and it even had a small heated indoor pool. Will stay again

Check in was okay. Another guest interrupted things but you can't control that. Front desk agents were friendly. There was a man and woman working the desk and another employee/manager that was helping outside the front desk. Rooms need update. The light or light switch when we walked into the room didn't work. There was a lamp that the plug was broken, so couldn't use that. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean. Floor in the bathroom was a little slick. Like it had a coating on it. The bathroom needs help. Needed to be redone. The toilet paper wasn't in the holder. It was in top of the towel display. Pool, terrible. Might as well drain the emerald green water with a ton of debris out and fill it in. Make it a patio area and not a hazard. Checked out super early due to flight nd front desk closed overnight. I recommend a bigger and more secure box to drop off keys. I didn't feel safe leaving the keys that way and someone being able to get into the room after we left. Interesting people staying at the hotel... I didn't feel super comfortable. Will not be returning. It was basically a place to sleep before flying out at 6am.

Last resort

The staff is super friendly. I always have clean sheets and towels. It is conveniently located in proximity to my business aviation clients. I love that my room is larger than most hotel rooms anywhere. The bed is comfy. Sofa is nice. I like the place.

So do not waste your money this place pictures are not what it looks like the rooms were old and gross the bathrooms rug walls everything and the poop why they don't advertise it..it's green water tones of mosquitoes and on the outside of the property....m

It was good not that bad the hotel need upgrades with rooms and should add breakfast service too.

Stay at your own risk, place is nice the people staying there are not! There is alot more going on there then just a place to stay

Our room was spacious but very dirty. Not realizing at first, but as our stay went on we discovered how filthy the carpet was. Our feet were very dirty. Our shoes stuck to the carpet and the tike floors. Owner was very nice but that didn’t make up for the unclean feeling we had while there.

We didn’t have a working tv but wanted us to still give a deposit!!! That frustrated me

I enjoyed my stay the staff are wonderful and it was a clean place.

I booked thru expedia. It said they had breakfast and a pool. They had neither. When we arrived a lady was asking for a refund. Our door wouldn't shut, no smoke detector in the room. Ice box didn't work. No light in coffee area . Our trash was not emptied the whole time we was there three days two nights bed not made. The light in the area where the sleeper couch was (the main one for the room) wouldn't go off with the switch by the door. Maintenance came. I was told there was a short in the light. He offered to bring a lamp. I am not sure the room was safe and was told there wasn't another room available. Was told they own five hotels. I will not stay in any of their hotels again.

We had to go to the front desk twice to get a TV remote that worked. There were no phones in the rooms, as "the system didn't work". I'm guessing that's why there also wasn't a smoke alarm in the room! I fairness, the water was hot from the taps. I'd seek a refund, but I doubt that Expedia would do that. The rate was very low. I would have, probably, had as good of an experience at one of the "by the hour" places in the red-light district of town.

The staff was wonderful very polite and very helpful. The room was clean. Very nice and affordable. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

The hotel isn’t bad, it’s just not clean. The sheets and blankets were dirty and had burn marks in them. The shower curtain was gross, and they only had two towels in there that were clearly really old
