Coratel Plus Suites Wichita West Airport

Very welcoming staff very well clean outside presence lack a little bit desired. My Service dog was welcomed with no extra charge. I was very grateful for that and the air-conditioning is amazing.

Popcorn ceiling coming off above tub. Restroom dirty with a broken door.

I liked All of the plants in the center of the hotel and I liked the set up of the room with the couch and desk but the bathtub was very dirty glass on front doors were not clean hand prints everywhere and there we’re wholes in the wall where a TV must have been and no light over the bed wires were hanging out and the light when u walked in was burning out . was going to mention some of it to the front desk clerk, but they were busy when I had to leave so I didn’t have time to mention a few of these things to them didn’t know I was able to take pictures of them to show you

Dogs were barking all day and night. Same with people yelling and kids screaming. The shower/tub was horribly stained and scratched up. There was mystery stains in the bathroom as well as the wall by the bed. The bath mat had what appeared the blood on it. There was a very questionable bottle on the shelf. I also killed a giant roach on the wall in the bathroom. They left coffee in the room but no coffee maker. The swimming pool has no water in it just a bunch of trash. The mattress was so old that a hole has developed in the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep in

The hotel has been under new ownership for about two months, and it's clear they're working through a much-needed renovation. Even with the construction, the atmosphere was enjoyable. It has a unique tropical jungle hostel vibe that gives the property a lot of character. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made for a positive experience. I'm looking forward to coming back in the future once the renovations are complete to see the finished result.

The only thing I like is the price, the hotel looks like to old and needs remodeling, the blanket was duty and towels was duty also the fridge......

*I have frequently encountered unlocked windows whenever I’m in a ground floor room. *The rooms are dimly lit, it takes a minute for your eyes to adjust.

Not bad. Nice suite but no pool, no problem.

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks and still haven't got my deposit back. No answer when I call. the pool was NASTY GREEN WITH MOSS. THE SHOWER WAS SO DIRTY I WORE MY FLIP FLOPS TO SHOWER. The bed was comfortable room was ok nice and big. there was a grocery bag over the smoke detector when we got to the room. No breakfast and the coffee tasted burnt and old. the toilet water was turned down would barley flush when we turned it up to flush it was leaking BAD!!

Yes this is pet friendly, this property is really not semi friendly and the pool was nasty green and this place looks like a drug dealer hangout

Staff are very helpful, but the AC was not working and swimming pool was closed. Bad smell coming of some rooms likely smoking inside the room. Else it was good

Do not stay here no matter how cheap! My ac in my original room was broke, I was sent to 3rd floor.comfy bed is why I returned for a second stay for work. When I got in my second night, someone broke into my room and stole my laptop,dirty pair and clean pair of socks, my chargers to phone laptop, backpack with electric razor. Once I talked about calling cops, the maintenance guy said he knew where to go ask and he found my laptop. Thankfully,but they had already started trying to reset it . The manager ROB (best I can understand) would not reimburse me nor move me rooms!! I felt so unsafe for the first time in a long time and I will never return! They lost their repeat customer in me!! You will get stolen from if you stay here! Pay the extra money for cleaner,nicer,safer piece of mind, I WILL!!

Absolutely nothing! Walked inside, and the building was hot and humid. You go to your room the AC was off and not working, the whole room was dirty! The bedding looked dirty as well as if they had just made the bed and didn't change any of the sheets or blankets. We checked in went to the room and immediately checked out and the front desk guy was mad at us and gave us dirty looks and bobbed his head with attitude when we said "hey I understand the room was booked under non refundable and thats ok but were checking out and going somewhere else". They also do not serve breakfast like advertised. Guy at the front desk said he has started working there for 3 weeks, and since working there, he refuses to do breakfast because the guests are the problem with the rooms... after seeing the room, I dont think the guests or the food into the room was the problem.... maybe health code violations.. This place is absolutely gross, outdated, and looks like this is a place where illegal business is conducted. (Pictures aren't the best. I had to screenshot from a video taken, it wont let me upload the video, only photos)

Nothing everything smell and it was dirty. Shower was dirty,, the restroom door was broken and didn't close, and on top of it plumbing was clogged.over all I don't recommend this place to stay pictures on line look way different than in reality the place has a really bad smell and shower tub was all stained.

No breakfast, extremely hot in lobby, our shower had a leak soaking the floor by the bed got all my daughters wet. Trash cans were full of trash and guests were taking it out to the dumpster. They did not speak English either. Very frustrating bugs were running around-gross

Bed was big, bed was clean, lobby was nice Front desk was never in the front. We ran out of toilet paper and I had to knock and look around for someone for 20 minutes. There’s no breakfast the pool is brown and my shower was not cleaned. There was soap from the previous person so that makes me think they didn’t clean the hotel room. It’s good because it’s cheap because at least the bed was clean.

The room was clean and the property was pretty and it worked for a nights stay close to shopping and restaurants. Close to the freeway and the airport.
