No breakfast provided/ sketchy location Excellent staff/ cleaning lady spent the effort to clean which is the most important thing to most travelers/ ratings and pictures are years old or photo shopped ( more by 3rd party companies IE booking.com ) as the motel was showing it's age. Really tweaked me as you can't rely on the doctored ratings

The beds are a bit hard

No ice machines available. Was told we could make ice in the room refrigerator, but the freezer was warm, as well there was no ice maker or ice trays available. Refrigerator was also not as cool as it should be. Air conditioning temperature was impossible to control. Broken furniture in the room.
