Motel 6 Wichita, KS – South I-35

Location The room was not clean. Shower sprayed everywhere. The room smelled like someone had smoked drugs in it. Key wouldn’t work in the door

Everything was great and professional, I enjoyed my stay very much and will be going back.

It’s location and staff The sheet and blanket were dirty stains in sheet and found a vape inside the blanket

It was overwhelming with smoke smell. The room was dirty we walked in and right back out

No wash cloths only big towels

It was disgusting, blankets and pillows were not washed completely. They were stain. We found a lot of dirt and dirty stuff on the back of the bed. The door handle of the bathroom was broken. A lot of stuff was broken. It was just a nasty experience.

The doors to the rooms are in terrible shape. The locking mechanism barely works. The beds are terrible qnd uncomfortable. The refrigerator in our room had no shelves in it. People are living there permanently and they make noise all the time. The police are there a lot too.

The room was filthy, they had to move me to another room because the linen had hair and stains on them. The second room was better but was infested with flies. I would not recommend

Positive: The bed area of the room and the refrigerator were clean. The floor in the bedroom area was clean and not gritty. The beds were comfortable and I especially liked the warm but lightweight comforter. The A/C worked. There room was quiet. Negative: The bathroom floor and tub did not look clean, The sink area was very old with cracks between the counter and wall; we suspected black mold under the paint. The towels were discolored. The deadbolt lock did not work. There was no shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer. The parking lot was full of trash and leaves. The area around the hotel was pretty run down also.

Not much So many flies in the room. Towels were stained. Walls were stained. Sheets were stained. No lamp you could turn on beside the big room light. Sooooooo many flies.... it was so gross. If I wasn't so tired, I would have went somewhere different but instead I spent over an hour killing flies.

Convince The bed was hard and felt like laying on the floor

When I was paying the staff asked me to verbally tell them my PIN number and acted very offended when I refused. They also tried to cancel my booking because they couldn't get hold of me by phone on the day of. Extremely uncomfortable and not very clean. It was very cheap though so I can't complain too much.

TV didn’t work, moldy shower curtain, holes in sheets, bath towels were size of hand towels, very loud at night

You definitely get what you pay for but it worked!

What can you say about Motel 6? They are worth what you pay for, but of course, they’re not a five star hotel. The bed was very comfortable in the room was clean although the faucet on the sink was very loose. The exterior of the hotel shows where and tear from lack of maintenance but once you get in the room, everything is fine. I stay there when I’m on a tight budget and never disappointed for what I get for the dollar I spent.
