the staff was pleasant the bed was terrible enough that we only stayed one night out of 3 and had to pay for 2.. we stayed elsewhere the other 2 nights.

Breakfast was good I was happy a pool that actually was in service as that's been hard to find this summer In Wichita hotels. The room carpet smelled of urine. It was overwhelming.. My keys wouldn't work repeatedly. Room location was noisy.

Everything was perfect! We completely enjoyed our room and the expanded choice of cable. Everything in there was perfectly maintained and current in the decor, mattresses, bathroom syles and everything else. Nothing negative to say really. The breakfast had a good choice of breakfast items. I especially LOVED the spicey hot honey. Loved the little touches they had. Like coconut and brown sugar for the waffles. No other place I've ever stayed at offered that. So good job on their part. And I give a 100 score on their staff. They were happy and very helpful, positive and wonderful attitudes while checking us in. They treated us and everyone like they were genuinely happy to have us there. I definitely will be staying there again. Hopefully longer than a night. There were restaurants close enough to walk to which is a plus in my book. Great job Best Western!!!!!

Very good

Staff greeted me with a smile and positive attitude!! The Television had to be unplugged to reset in order to connect to the Dish Cable Internet service

Everything was clean, the staff helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

Despite my earlier rating with the cricket issue, they did spray for control.

Facility was good, could use newer carpet but still good, nice staff, hot breakfast, pool, 50in TV, adequate channels, firm bed good shower pressure, very limited commercial vehicle and towed vehicle parking but some street parking available, my issue was I was visited by at least 8 crickets, they were dying I'm guessing they sprayed the facility however I'm in room 202 on the 2nd floor of an indoor hotel, I should not have had so many visitors, the door has too much space between the floor and the door and I was being visited. I'm sure if I had it complained I would have been moved but I'm a working person who deals with bugs daily but not in a hotel room. All said and done I would stay here again. Walking distance to several restaurants.
