Best Western Governors Inn & Suites

The only problem was the TV in my room didn’t work. Otherwise a very nice room. Great breakfast buffet, close to I-35.

Conveniently located, close to the interstate and to the things we needed can't think of anything major

The room was spacious; the breakfast was good; the staff was welcoming; property is right off the expressway and in a good location near restaurants and a grocery store; beds were comfortable; and the pressure in the shower was AMAZING!!! The size of the eating area. Very cramped.

Close to interstate. Friendly,helpful staff. Decent full breakfast. Requested first floor king bed but one not available so staff upgraded to suite.

We came to town for a wedding and track meet. This hotel was about midway for both events and thats why we chose it. The front staff was excellent, very efficient and so friendly. We didn't have time for using the pool or fitness room, but they looked adequate from our quick peek. We didn't try the breakfast because the hotel was busy and there wasn't a lot of room in the dining area, but there was a good variety and it smelled great. There was only one entrance door and the amount of parking was a little less than desirable, but all in all it was exactly what we needed at an affordable price.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable… the treadmill needed to be serviced… staff was amazing.

Staff and cleanness Breakfast wasn’t not very good

Loved the breakfast, small refrigerator (plus for us), pool was nice and clean. Cable tv worked until the last night. Overall we had a great experience will definitely stay again when visiting family again.

The front staff was outstanding and very helpful. This place is convenient to all major rroads and easy to navigate. Hotel price was under $100 but everything was great. Hot breakfast in morning was very good. Will stay here again.

Room was spacious and very clean, property was well kept. Staff was very friendly. Two minor complaints is breakfast was cold and not well cooked, and pillows were awful but both are things we consider minor and would not keep us from staying again. We would just bring our own pillows and breakfast wasn’t a big deal for us. We stay in that area several times a year for granddaughter’s sports events so location was also good for us. We would stay again!

Clean room

Nothing Worst service ever, supposed to be non-smoking but smelt like pot and cigar smoke, front desk said if I saw anybody smoking to just ask them to go outside.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No ghosts

Staff is wonderful and very friendly. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned and the Internet didn’t work in our room and then they switched us to another room that did work.

Best place to get a room with Jacuzzi

Not what we expected.
