The place is a health hazard. Rooms are disgusting. They took a 100.00 deposit they never refunded. It was so bad we couldn't spend the second night we paid for.

Reservation made and paid for in advance, then check in, no smoking room, no king bed available,Was put in a double bed room. Room was clean!! Although faucet dripped & toilet ran after flushing, smoke detector was covered by a bag & taped to ceiling & beeped every so often. Went to desk multiple times for clerk, no one there. Called number & no answer. The next day I found someone, complained we had 1 wash cloth & 1 hand towel for 2 people in our room. We was given 1 washcloth. No comp breakfast or coffee in the morning during our entire stay. Pool was not in service & hadn’t been for quite some time. Received No housekeeping our entire stay. Had to hunt down an employee for toilet paper, tissue, or cups. Property outside was not maintained at all, weeds & trash everywhere. A broken down car with window busted out, looked to have been there for quite a while. And we was charged a $50 incidental fee upon check in, and we never received a refund back after check out. If I could have cancelled & received my money back I would have. Was completely disappointed with receiving nothing I paid for!

Alot of things, the number 1 thing, is they stole or lost my deposit. Then claimed they didn't charge me a deposit, they don't offer no receipt to prove that I paid it. So I lost 100 dollars.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of staff availability. It was often difficult to find anyone at the front desk, and I called the front desk number seven times without anyone answering or returning my call. The property itself appeared to be poorly maintained. The front entrance doors did not function properly and had to be pulled apart to open. Several fire extinguisher cabinets had broken glass, and at least one smoke detector was missing batteries, which raised serious safety concerns. The pool was closed, and when we asked about it, we were told it was “too expensive to fill.” Our room also had mouse droppings around the bed and on the windowsill, which was unacceptable. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited, consisting of bananas, a jug of milk, butter, bread, and two cereal options. During our stay, police and an ambulance responded to the property twice. While I understand that emergencies can happen anywhere, combined with the other issues it contributed to an overall uncomfortable experience. I cannot recommend staying here until the property addresses its maintenance, cleanliness, staffing, and safety concerns.

Every thing, it is smelling very bad and mentioned like breakfast exists but no breakfast, in breakfast room just they kept two bread slices and toaster not working, and bed lot of hair when reported same staff said as no other room available.

At first glance it looked like the outside hasn’t been taken care of in a while. The “complimentary” breakfast was very bare minimum, only cereal and bread for toast. Was not notified about the $50 deposit. But the room was alright. There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases.

Lied about pool said it was not open

The entire motel smelled of smoke and dampness. Breakfast was bread for the toaster, two bananas, and fruit loops. Had to keep the very loud air conditioner running non stop to keep it comfortable. No maid service over two day stay. Get what you pay for

Room had blood stains on the bed and bugs crawling around. Got a refund and stayed somewhere else

Do not recommend at all. The property looks abandoned, the inside is dirty, water stained, badly patched holes in the walls, the pool is closed. We went to the room and it was extremely small, stains and cigarette burns on the linens, and more of the same from the rest of the property. We had to leave and find another place to stay.

Worst place i ever stayed. No pool. No elevators. They put handicapped people upstairs. There idea of a continental breakfast is cereal and toast. Nothing hot and no waffles. Good luck trying to understand most the staff and owner.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sheets and blankets. The landscape has not been maintained, property looked abandoned. Could never find anyone at the front desk. The continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal. No milk, juice or any other options. Coffee was ice cold and tasted like it was 4 days old. Hallways smelled like a dispensary and everytime we left and came back our room smelled like cigarettes.

The first room they tried to put me in smelled like someone died in there….the arms on the couch were totally ripped off…and the toilet was broken….the 2nd room they put me in wasn’t as bad but still didn’t smell great….the hotel was grossly understaffed with one person working…I would not recommend this place for anyone…

Clean room

The front doors didn't work. Holes all over in the rooms. No lock on the door. No lighting in parking lot. Refrigerator was moldy. Couldn't stay here!

Abandoned property feeling. Homeless people hanging around outside. Front automatic entrance doors not working. Furniture old, worn and stained.one employee was there when we checked in around 5:30 and still there more than 12 hours later. At first I thought he was another homeless person based on his dress and demeanor. Breakfast was a jug of milk, jug of OJ and 2 cold cereals. This place should be closed down.

Everything about the hotel was off. No vehicles in the parking lot, the sign was broken, only one staff member, a random "guest" that sat in the lobby while the attendant loudly says our room number so that "guest" could hear it. We went to the room. The toilet had feces in it. Thed spread had stains all over it. We left not even 10 minutes after getting our room. Turned the keys in and left.

Front sliding doors did not open. You had to open them manually. They ran out of room keys so the staff on duty had to unlock our room everytime we left and came back. Breakfast was just bread, jelly, milk and cereal. We were attacked by bed bugs during our stay.
