Reserved the room and paid online, it said "all taxes and fees included" in the total room charge but when I arrived at the property to check in I was made to pay a "utility fee" and a deposit that was as much as the room charge. It would be a good thing if ALL charges could be shown to the customer upfront. Once in the room discovered NO towels and NO shower curtain, someone called the room to say they were bringing towels and curtain but they never showed up.

It was over booked I never stayed there

Make sure you call and actually talk to someone before you book and pay for a room. My husband and I arrived to the hotel only to find the office was closed. There was a sign that said dial xx number for new reservations. I spoke to someone and was informed that the hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available. This is after my reservation was confirmed and paid for. I’m still trying to get a refund. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. 0 stars. Book at your own risk if you like wasting money.

The lady Sara was very helpful and friendly made us feel an home. Sara welcome us to the hotel my bf and I traveled from Texas. The room was very clean I just wish the beds was bigger.

Probably won't stay there again.

I liked the convenience of the location, I didn't like the hidden fees of an additional $70 deposit on top of the 2 night's I booked in advance. The $20 dollars for housekeeping fees in which I never had 1 stop by and ask if we needed anything. Not going to be booking any more stays at this location again.

This place is a bit rough, even for the price. I will say, the room was clean (the tub not so much), the bed was comfortable, the linens were fine. The property itself is in disrepair and in serious need of an update. The front desk situation is pretty bad. That being said, the woman that checked me in was lovely and professional, but clearly overworked and trying to do multiple jobs, which left the front desk unattended. There is essentially no lobby, just a tiny room with no furniture, there's a locked door leading to the rooms, and a phone on the wall that you have to use to call the attendant that didn't work, so I called another number posted with my personal phone. There were spider webs in the corners and grimy fingerprints on the windows and doors. I would not stay there again.

Looks a little ghetto from the outside, but it’s great in the inside! For the price you can’t beat it. Always clean, hallways clean and mopped! I check and no bugs. Staff was super helpful and nice. Shout out to Casey and her staff for making it a great experience!!!

Clean rooms, statins extremely helpful, friendly, and kind, They have all gone above and beyond to help my displaced family members.

We went without electricity for a whole night because they forgot to pay the bill. Someone changed their transmission in the parking lot and you clean your own room or pay 20.00 to have it cleaned. Slow draining sinks and pictures were misleading. As I did not have a comfortable place to sit.

Its an extended stay so dont expect the people that live there to be friendly.

Could not stay. On arrival the office was closed and nobody was answering the numbers listed. I spent good money only to basically have it stolen. If they are not open for night check in then it should not be listed with rooms available.

The only thing I didn't complain was the front desk lady , she was so nice,but We did not feel safe. The hotel smells like cigarette and weed every day. No matter if it's a non smoke room, They do not honor receipts, my room has a kitchenette but no dishes for cooking whatsoever. Not at all helpful. We got there and they only have full beds, false advertising they don't have queen beds which we booked for. There'snt curtains only blinds , Also, vagrants and homeless hang out around there. I recommend finding a better more understanding place to stay.

Casey Jo is great! The staff is friendly, location is great because it’s close to everything and the beds are very comfortable. They are currently going through a change of ownership so there were no kitchenware to cook with BUT, Casey Jo lent us her own personal set from home! She is awesome!!

It was secure Nothing

When we booked it we were told there was a smoking room and when we went to check in they told us they don't have smoking on the property so we didn't even stay there. We went back home. It ruined my birthday

I was surprised with the housekeeping fee, the half hour early check in fee, and the deposit fee which supposedly will be refunded. There was not a lamp for reading nor a night light for night bathroom visits, nor any facial tissues. The room was clean but reminded me of a hostel.
