My accommodations were clean and the hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly

Could not stay. On arrival the office was closed and nobody was answering the numbers listed. I spent good money only to basically have it stolen. If they are not open for night check in then it should not be listed with rooms available.

The only thing I didn't complain was the front desk lady , she was so nice,but We did not feel safe. The hotel smells like cigarette and weed every day. No matter if it's a non smoke room, They do not honor receipts, my room has a kitchenette but no dishes for cooking whatsoever. Not at all helpful. We got there and they only have full beds, false advertising they don't have queen beds which we booked for. There'snt curtains only blinds , Also, vagrants and homeless hang out around there. I recommend finding a better more understanding place to stay.

Casey Jo is great! The staff is friendly, location is great because it’s close to everything and the beds are very comfortable. They are currently going through a change of ownership so there were no kitchenware to cook with BUT, Casey Jo lent us her own personal set from home! She is awesome!!

It was secure Nothing

When we booked it we were told there was a smoking room and when we went to check in they told us they don't have smoking on the property so we didn't even stay there. We went back home. It ruined my birthday

I was surprised with the housekeeping fee, the half hour early check in fee, and the deposit fee which supposedly will be refunded. There was not a lamp for reading nor a night light for night bathroom visits, nor any facial tissues. The room was clean but reminded me of a hostel.

Room smelled like a sewer and sheets were soiled. Avoid this one if you can.

I got in late and the office was closed to check in. I had to call the number on the door twice to get someone. When we got into the room it was clean and in decent shape. The shower had really low pressure and was almost not enough to rinse the soap off. Check out was more of the same no one was in the office so we had to slide the room keys under the door and hope for the best.

The room was on the sunny side. AC could not keep up with it. Went to front desk asked for a new room and would not change it. Told me to give it some time to cool off. 1am woke up still was warm. The front desk was useless and could care less to help me out. Will never go back again and I suggest you never stay there

The staff was extremely helpful & kind. The room was clean & well maintained. Potential customers should be aware that things like soap, shampoo, etc, are not provided and the kitchenettes do not come stocked with dishes, silverware, pans, papers towels, etc. I was aware of this from a previous stay so I brought everything I needed to prepare some finger foods for an event I was in town for. I appreciated the full size fridge, cooktop & microwave.

Everything in the room was very clean and maintained . It was like a home away from home .

The amenities of a stove and microwave were nice but I did not know I would need to provide cooking equipment and plates… No ice machine to be had on the property… Pet friendly.. but “clean up stations” might be a nice touch near the elevator so that pets that can’t “hold it” can be cleaned up after quickly. (I did not take a pet.. just saw them there). Loved that it was off the main road and so close to a grocery store just in case of the need to go shopping. Overall a good experience for having been so far from home.

The best Hotel I've experienced on Hotel.com. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. You'll have a good size refrigerator, & use if a stove top with 2 burners. They also have an elevator another added bonus. I would recommend them to anyone.

I didn't even get to my room from the start going in to check his mood wasn't it then he started charging more for the room when it wasn't even on the online account saying anything about more charges that he was trying to do then it took forever to get my room then made my guest sign a paper that doesn't even have his name on the. Said something to him to where he went off and going to say there's a dog fee when it doesn't say anything online

Brandon at the front desk is rude and not helpful at all ew.
