An excellent experience worth of going back again.

Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean!

They are getting better. Ever since they remodeled it seemed like it was going downhill. WhenI booked a room during the remodel I was not told about the construction. Last week stayed there and I had to yell loudly after standing some time in the lobby with no night clerk and no one answering the phone. Finally, I think I woke the guy up who was the night clerk and sitting in the common area. Dustin does well at his job and took care of a double room charge for me when I stayed last night. I think it is mostly now a staffing issue. The hotel is beautiful.

Great breakfast No working pool
-
Walk in shower. Bed. Oatmeal was runny. Should serve scrambled eggs eggs, bacon and a better quality sausage. Also went smoke free and didn't tell me until after I got there.

When I arrived at the hotel at 4pm I was told my room wasn't ready because the house keepers are under staffed. I had a conversation with the gentleman checking me in who than went to check on the room and it was ready. I left the next morning at 11. Around 9pm I noticed I left my mom's blanket who passed away a week ago. I went back to the hotel and the same gentleman helped look all over but couldn't find my blanket. I was upset and crying explaining to him how important that blanket is to me. He called the owner and told him I was being rude to him so his boss was extremely rude to me. He said I crossed the line when I made his employee call him in tears because I was being rude to him. Of course I was upset but in no way was I rude about the situation. I was treated like extremely rude and the house keepers stole my mom's blanket. All day I thought the blanket was in the back of my car. I understand it was late when I returned back to the hotel but I expected my blanket to be put in an area where people leave there stuff so guest have a chance to retrieve it. I also booked this hotel for the pool which wasn't available. It has no water. I will never stay with this chain of hotels again.

The room and property was very clean. We could tell they were having some remodeling or maintenance going on during our stay but it never got in our way! The beds were super comfy. Staff was so friendly.
-
Breakfast was not impressive compared to other staybridge locations. Rooms had multiple missing items. Staff were not very helpful.
-
The hotel was very dirty due to construction, and the rooms were very noisy, and other guests were rude. The staff did not seem to care at all that we were uncomfortable.
-
No breakfast on weekends and pool closed.
-
They are under renovation so expect smells of painting, pool and gym not open, you have to go to nearby Holiday inn. No business center. Janitors’s service is at will. They clean anywhere they want to but leave other place untouched. They removed dirty and used towels but did not replace. There was not phone to call the front desk. I had to go to the front desk to ask towels. They didn’t work on weekends. Good part: front desk was very friendly although they were not always there. M through W 5:30-7pm, social hour was pretty decent. Good food, soda, beer for free. Free breakfast was not bad.

Remodel was under way but about done
-
The building is under renovation but we where able to use pool fitness center and laundromat next door I love the stay there staff are nice and friendly especially Justin he was my favorite

The property was under construction, which is fine except that's not disclosed anywhere online. So when I thought I was booking a room for 7 days at a hotel that included laundry facilities and a pool, the pool was closed and there was no laundry. The room we stayed in was already renovated which was a nice surprise but it was pretty poor work done and still some painters tape on the walls. Seems rushed and not disclosed online so people staying have no idea some essentials are closed.
-
The room was excellent - clean and homey feeling. It was interesting that while there was a stove top, there were no pans to cook with! Staff was welcoming and very accommodating!
-
Only reasons why it wasn’t a five star review is because the tv in the bedroom wouldn’t work right and the hotel is under construction and looks a bit sketchy in areas. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay

They are remodeling part of the hotel but only affected the elevator condition but it worked
-
I felt like I needed at least a discount on the price I paid. They were working on one half the Hotel. Even the elevator had cardboard walls with blue tape. The floor of the elevator had strips of old carpet. When it stopped at your floor, it opens to a wall of construction plastic that reeks of paint, causing me headaches immediately. Do not a good experience for me this time.

They are remodeling so it will be even better in a few months. Pool nor outdoor seating was available right now. Lobby and one half of the rooms are done. Looks good and clean in the new part. Wouldn’t have put carpet in the breakfast eating area but they didn’t ask me. Rooms could use ceiling fans. We will be back next year. Lots of places to eat within walking distance

Would have been nice to know about the remodeling- it was a mess and no pool
