We liked everything..staff was amazing..pool and room and location was great..beach was great We had some kids throwing a basketball and stuff on the shared patio that hit our window and chairs outside..really saw no reason they couldn’t literally walk down steps and play on sand..but not hotel’s fault

The location was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable and met our needs. The staff were all wonderful. We loved it!! The restaurant next door was convenient and reasonably priced!

Location was wonderful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable Disappointed in the pool area. Towels were worn and not soft

Location!!! Shortest walk to the beach in the crest!!! Also very clean and rooms were nicely updated. Office was closed after 9pm… not ideal for a fully booked property during the busy season. If you need additional pillows or a blanket, good luck!

Loved the oceanfront balcony. Quiet location. Very peaceful and relaxing. Wish I could have stayed longer! No hairdryer. Shower hard to turn on and tv in living room not operational. Also not the property's fault but beach was flooded right behind the hotel so had to walk a few blocks down to be able to reach ocean.

Location was fine. It was nice having a suite with a well equipped kitchen. Didn’t like that the bathroom fan was always on, it was noisy. The light that goes on at night to light the outdoor hallways was bright even with the shade down. Lastly, wasn't thrilled about muddling through water to get to the beach. Not sure that is always there or just a result of heavy rain days before.

The view of the beach, the clean room. People next door on our last day where banging and would shake our beds and it went on from 11am till about 2 am they where loud yelling
