Clean property, helpful front desk and staff. Kids loved the pool and complementary bikes! Easy access to the beach.

I would definitely go back. It was absolutely gorgeous, very clean hotel, one of my favorite places I ever been.

The place is clean , the staff are friendly and helpful , and the hotel is convenient to stay in if you just want to go to the beach and swim or relax .the only thing I noticed is , I only see one elevator and it would be nice also if they put some bottled water for sale on the vending machine near the lobby.

air conditioner was not working properly. Rug could be cleaned. Staff was very friendly. Beach chairs should be brought down for you and towels can be bigger and nicer.

Great time at the Jersey shore!

Loved the view! Room was very clean, it smelt amazing. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. My girls trip here was nothing short of amazing! 10/10

Beautiful property in a great location. Margaret was very good at the Checkin & Michael was very nice and helpful shuttling us to dinner. Appreciate the service.

Hotel has some room problems

Love the hotel, right on the beach, bikes were a great addition and the pool area was really nice with lounging area all around. Love the aesthetic and decor

great location. Beach chairs available to grab on your way to the beach. Bike rentals free. 10mi round trip to the sea wall in north wildwood. Coffee and ice cream spot one block over. Icona beach bar was close and worth stopping in. Shuttle took a hour to get you the 2mi to the boardwalk. We used it one night and with a 5yr old having to wait 45min to get picked up is a challenge because he says he will be there in 10min. We just drove ourselves the remaining days

Beach front balcony was pretty much ‘on top’ of the adjacent room’s balcony and the balcony of the people below us.

Staff, from housekeeping to maintainance to reception, are top notch.

Very clean and easy access to the beach.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating as soon as we requested something we needed. The suite was very nice, clean and we even had a view of the ocean which was wonderful. The only little complaint we had was the room cleaning service. There appeared not to be a set time. We got up and went to breakfast and came back and the suite was not made up which we didn't think much of at that time bc it was still morning. Then we headed to the beach and did not come back to the suite until the late afternoon and it still was not cleaned. We wanted to shower and go out for the day and as we were doing so the maid came. She was very nice and apologized and asked if we needed anything. So we got some extra towels, and toilet paper, but the room wasn't cleaned. We had a short trip to begin with and also unfortunately had to leave a day early b/c my husband developed a health issue so we never did get room cleaning during our stay.

The bed was very comfortable and roomy. The room was very small. The tub was chipped in places. We had to ask for a safe to be brought up to our room even though it was advertised as having one. Balcony overlooking the pool was tiny and hard to get to the chairs on the deck. The sides of the pool itself needed some patch work. I expected much more for the price we paid for this week.
