The room and beach They should have water filters for guest use, as well as tea and coffee service all day.

I loved how close Mahalo was to the beach. I love the balcony, bike option, shuttle service, pool was clean, staff was nice and friendly. This place was amazing. I love the area. There are many options to go out to eat and alot to do. I will be back. N/A

The facilities were clean and high quality, the staff extra courteous and attentive, and location ideal.

Everything was exceptional. The room size was perfect for 6 of us and the beach, pool, and even the view we had from our room of the ocean was beautiful. The location was peaceful and everyone was very friendly. The staff was professional and very kind. We have nothing bad to say, only we wanted to stay longer.

This is a very nice hotel experience at WW Crest. Rooms have been renovated and are adequate for a quick beach trip. Affordable and quiet. Only complaint is there is one elevator that was slower than mollases. This is something out of their control so when booking, book a lower floor.

We requested a few extra items for one of our rooms, and they responded within seconds. The items were delivered promptly, which was very impressive. One of the many perks is that beach chairs are included with the rooms. Since the beach is directly in front of the hotel, we took advantage of that amenity. Unfortunately, one of the chairs would not open. I sent a quick text to the hotel, and within minutes a staff member brought us a replacement chair right to us on the beach. That level of attentiveness and responsiveness felt like VIP service! The pool area was beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The hotel also offers many amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our entire family was comfortable and well taken care of. Excellent hospitality, great communication, beautiful facilities, and exceptional customer service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

The staff was excellent! Pool and beach were very clean. Although the rooms and grounds are very clean they are a little dated.

Beds are so comfortable it was very clean

The hotel is a cute Hawaiian theme. The staff was very helpful and nice. The pool was heated and provided pool towels. It was windy so we did not use the beach but it was on the beach so it was very good location. They provided beach chairs to use and also provided bikes to ride around Wildwood. A pleasant stay for our weekend. The rooms are dated and bathroom is very small. The shower/bathtub was creaking every time some on would get a shower. Our suite had a bedroom with a queen and full size bed and a living area with a sleep sofa. We had 6 people but it was a little tight. No true balcony but the front had chairs which were angled towards to beach which was nice.
