I enjoyed my day very much. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. The people that clean them were unbelievable the way they cleaned and took care of the place and how friendly they were. I actually watched them cleaning the doors which I have never seen before and I couldn’t be more all the way to the people on the beach that assist you with the umbrellas and the beach chairs and the friendliness and the nice atmosphere. Also the driver that takes you up and back amazing I cannot say enough about this place in the way it’s run. Pool was nice although I didn’t stay there. I prefer the beach quick dip. I’m good. My kids enjoyed the pool bar and the lava drinks. I will be back next year.

I love the staff and love that they put out umbrellas and chairs for people. they could be cleaner, but towels overtop fix that and they are so nice about setting them up that it doesn't matter to me. better signage on how to get to the pool.

The bathroom was falling apart a bit and didn't seem completely clean.

Only downside for me was the size of our bedroom and bathroom. Could be bigger especially considering the price of the Premium double suit but I guess there's not much that can be done about that.

We love the location, the comfort of how safe we feel . It’s a smaller resort so we feel comfortable let our teens explore . Bathroom is a little on the smaller size

Honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! My husband and I are already booked our next stay. And it’s not even going to be beach season! That’s how great this hotel is. Do yourself a favor and get here!

Super clean. Staff is amazing. Not having to lug chairs onto the beach is aces. On site restaurant and bars are exceptional

The rooms are really nice and clean comfortable beds. Loungers and towels and umbrellas are available at no extra charge at the beach. They are set up for you by the beach staff. Free parking. The Star Beach restaurant is a fun place to grab a quick bite on the beach. The pool is clean and well maintained. The only thing that I would like to mention is about the beach huts located next to the Star Beach restaurant. They are looking tired and could use a little updating. This was my second time at the Icona Diamond Beach and I will definitely stay there again next year.

It was overall a great property. Private beach, beach bar, beautiful rooms. One elevator that went to 6th floor. Long waits at times
