Beau Rivage Beach Resort

We thought thr hotel was very clean, very well taken care of. The elevator was great for my mom who has trouble with the stairs. The only thing was the toilet being a little low. Highly recommend and will be back again!

Clean, and spacious Room next door had two dogs barking all night despite not being a pet friendly hotel

The lady at the front desk was nice. And the room was a descent size The bed comforter had blood on it, there were ants around the room, and the man Wally, who we spoke to had 0 care for us when we expressed the concerns above. Will not stay here again. Especially since Wally gave us no apologizes, or options to resolve this issue with a refund amount.

The property is beautiful and everyone was so nice, we just wish there was a propane grille. 😁

The property was ok. The some of the images shown in the Expedia did not match with actual property /room we got.( especially the room balcony view seen in expedia as oceanfront vs actual one is partial ocean view)

Easy access to the beach. Nice and quiet. Loved our time there.

Overall we had a decent stay. But when we first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist at the front desk was extremely unwelcoming and bitter. Our kitchen was also dirty - the coffee pot was leaking, the pots and dishes were dirty. The housekeeprs also barely clean the rooms when they stop by. The only good thing about the hotel is that its close to the beach and has a little area to buy food. I hope they hire a more welcoming and amicable receptionist

The pool and the beach front location and view. The bathroom had what looked like mold in the ceiling tiles.

Although we were not fans of the beach, the location was perfect for getting there. It was just steps away. The staff were also super friendly. The café below has great food and excellent service as well!! The place was totally outdated and the bathroom was HORRIBLE!!!!! From mold to rust to dust to a stained bathtub and mildew. The smell was AWFUL! Totally unhealthy. We walked in and almost passed out from the overpowering cleaning material fumes but nothing seemed to be clean. The silverware was old and stained along with the nasty cups and plates that were in the cabinets. Behind the sofa bed was someone's boob pad left behind. It was clear that housekeeping did not do their job!.Totally disappointed. Also too far from the boardwalk. We made the best of it but would NEVER recommend it to anyone and it was NOT worth my money. Totally overpriced for how unclean and outdated it was.

Smokers were outside their room and you could smell smoke.

The restaurant was convenient , the view of the ocean, staff friendly. Whenever we needed towels they got it very quickly Toilet paper. Lol. Roll was not in a good spot and it was poor quality paper ?

We had a great stay. Booked the two bedroom superior sweet for family of 6. Had two beds in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living area as well as a dining table to seat 6, two bathrooms and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Each guest gets a designated parking space which made coming and going extremely easy.The room was very clean upon arrival and house keeping did great daily. Right on the beach with a restaurant and pool our family was very pleased and we will be returning
