Too far from boardwalk but ok. I didn’t like that first floor room doesn’t have private seating cause outside of windows is the pool. Breezeway to small to put chairs. Made it harder to try towels and suits.

No access to the pool after 7 pm

Being so close to everything, the beach, the restaurants and so forth. The staffs were a plus as well.

A/C unit very loud.

Only thing we didn’t like were the beds. Hard as a rock. I know they know this based on other reviews though and are apparently working on it

Location, free beach access, guest grills and outside table seating. very noisy air condition unit in room (hard to sleep, checkout had no staff available until 8:00am.

It was clean. Outdated furniture. Small tvs. Hard beds.

This place was amazing. This place was bigger than some Airbnb's I've stayed at. SO much space. We honestly didn't have many expectations since it was a motel, but this place could easily be a 3 or 3.5 star hotel. It was so clean, not even any sand remnants anywhere. Every morning we saw staff cleaning outside, and the maid was prompt in the morning. There were enough supplies like towels (so many!) and toilet paper. The fridge and mini kitchen were spotless, great for storing things we got at the farmer's market. The view from the private balcony was amazing. My husband was either at the beach or on the balcony looking at the completely unobstructed view of the beach for the whole trip. The whole place smelled of sea air which was so refreshing. I was a bit afraid of the parking, but we have a regular sized SUV and it fit perfectly in the parking spots, and there were always spots to park in. This place is right on the beach- you literally walk off the property onto sand. Nothing could have been better. So sad we only stayed 2 nights. Would love to visit again! We had to leave :(

The location was perfect. The area is quiet and clean. Alex was an awesome host. He works hard to maintain the property and keep guests comfortable.
